Hey I’ve been playing the game recently, I’ve had no problems until one day I went to go buy more coins but every time I initiated the sequence it would get stuck in a never ending loading screen. No matter how many times I restarted the app it did not work until one day it happened during the part where you choose the your region, so now I can’t manage to get on the server to play the game anymore, but I’ve notice the Europe server works well, I’d appreciate if I got a response since there’s no other way to reach the developers.

I used to play back when there was an older version of the game. Where you can grind all the way to legend with no problems. Now, if you hit Master ranks, you barely get any matches. Unless people grind to it. So can we please go back to the way of easy legend grind. It was fun, especially if you’re trying to grind to and half the people are on and don’t even really play. Also update, can you please add more characters that are easy to get, even if it’s with coins or other item materials. So no one has to spend money on the game repeatedly unless they want to?! Like we now have limit amount of characters we can use while people be spending money on the game crazy just to get a lot of legends.

absolutely worst basketball game i’ve ever played this game is terrible, from the bugs to the shooting to the fadeaway, it’s all bad. You don’t even play with real players it’s obviously bots tracking ur every movement. First, let’s start off with the fact that these bots will shoot in ur face even with severe interference or whatever they call it, but you can miss a wide open shot with added fg% these people need to rework their game entirely, so far to even saying use a different engine for this game the bugginess of intercepted passes is terrible, this entire game is a joke to me. There is no possible way someone can play this game and have fun without wanting to throw their phone out a window. I’ve lost countless games just because my player cannot make a wide open +fg% while these bots are making shots where the ball goes through my hand instead of blocking it. Fix ur game uminton.

3/5Great Game. Three Issues.
Game is great. Some abilities is the game are pretty iffy but still a super fun game that gets rid of time. Three Issues 1. Not a huge deal (like at all). But, it can be kind of annoying. All buzzer beaters the second they hit the rim and the announcer says it’s missed, the game just ends in a weird way. I feel like it should last longer. (Sounds kind of weird) 2. The claim on challenges. It just doesn’t work sometimes. It took a whole day for it to work once. Update: Issue 2 - Still a problem a week later. 3. Servers. You can’t even play most of the time because people are getting on at the same time. It says try again later and if you try to get in a few times. It makes you wait 5 minutes to get in! You don’t even get in after that time either. I went on another server for less players. So I could play. Using Game Center for both servers. And, I think it reset my progress on the main server! Which is terrible! I’m not sure yet because I haven’t been able to play the main server yet. IN THE PAST THREE DAYS, I’VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO PLAY ON MAIN SERVER ONCE, AT 12 PM. Update: Issue 3 - Have have had no troubles getting in for the past 2 days, nice.

Hello there I hope a developer is reading this and can hopefully make a change, I play this game a lot and I still see bots in High Ranked matches which is definitely a problem as well as that when I try and play that game with friends I never load into any of the games I’m just glitched. Which ruins the game as well. This does have tons of interesting things and too many pay to win type things. You guys should really be focusing on the mechanics of the game and how to make it better, so you can expand on your player base and grow even more. I like the game but you guys really need to run updates and fix several things. As well as that maybe make a discord so people can actually communicate better.
