App has many glitches. Cars are in the Netherlands are in very bad conditions (engine light, wheels, broken plastics inside, many scratches on the paint and many cars also have body damage). Not to mention the cleanliness of the interior. Difficult not to find a car that does not have trash inside

Äußerst unseriös und intransparent. Meine hinterlegte Karte wurde nachträglich mit 75 € belastet, obwohl das Auto korrekt geparkt war und der Kundenservice den Standort telefonisch erlaubt hatte. Trotz Widerspruch gibt es nur Hinhaltetaktik. Mein Eindruck: Sobald man seine Karte in der App speichert, muss man mit nicht nachvollziehbaren Abbuchungen rechnen. Ich werde meine Kartendaten entfernen. Free2move hat mein Vertrauen vollständig verloren.

Auto-prolongation of forgotten reservation ended as 12 euro. I got bad user experience. Addressed after contacting product support the suggested way.
