1. 5/5Love Free People..BUT...

   I am a huge fan of Free People. I passionately love this brand and would have no issues with giving a 4 star review if it were not for the fact that they use Laser Ship as a shipping company. It has been an absolute nightmare for me. Within the past 6-8 weeks I’ve made quite a few online purchases from Free People’s and without failure my orders end up being shipped through Laser Ship no matter if it’s express, next day, or regular shipping. Out of 3 of my last orders I’ve received 1!!! I am not exaggerating. I’ve had to make numerous phone calls between both companies for items marked as “delivered” that were not. I did not find Free People to be helpful regarding making available shipping options but they did fully refund me. I’m not sure I want to order online anymore..just not worth the hassle. I can write a book about this nightmare experience I’ve had but there’s not enough space. BUYER BEWARE!! Free People does not give you an option regarding what company to ship through so you’re at the shipper’s mercy. Don’t believe me, google Laser Ship and read the reviews. Free People you have got to do better than this.

   4 months of being jerked around, not being able to place any orders bc a hold was placed on my account due to an item not being returned. Right off the bat this was Anthro’s error by sending me the incorrect item, 2nd everytime ups came to pick it up if it was not outside they would leave not to return until I had to call customer service, have a new tracking number and label issued, remove the old, attach the new, and go thru this cycle again and again! I finally was able to have someone issue me an evidently “special” label that allowed me to take it to ups myself…Done…returned! As of 6-8 weeks they have yet to remove the hold from my account, even after calling twice to tell them this rediculous process that I have been forced to go through, that was THEIR fault to begin with, just so I can purchase their cheaply made overpriced clothing. Anthro/Free People…I have spent a small fortune with you over the years, and probably would have continued, but after hours spent shopping your websites, making unbelievably long “favorites” lists. Cart items, and saved for later items, all to find out long enough after my order was placed that half of it was now sold out, I have to ask myself is it worth it? So after considering that your really good stuff, that is another high end brand can almost always be found, actually cheaper somewhere else by just doing an easy Google search. My conclusion is that you absolutely do not value your good high dollar spending customers that regularly shop both sites.

   fp - This online and store front company has items to wear for people of all sizes & shapes. Age doesn’t make a difference as I’ve read reviews from people age 70t to the teen crowd and both groups love the many unique styles and colors. I am so happy to have established a new relationship with Free People and can’t wait for my orders to arrive! Their shipping is fast and prompt.(I’ve already received 1 order & I was pleased w/ delivery time & loved my items!) I have placed several orders in the past few days and am excited to try all my new and fresh items from fp!! From jeans to cotton tops, lacy bras, sweaters & sweatshirts I’m sure to find With the help of reviews and product information provided by Free People I’m certain to love my latest acquisitions. I’ll be reviewing all of my neat new closet additions as soon as they arrive. Free People doesn’t miss. If you don’t like tight fitting clothes, then look at the looser , baggier options in tops and jean styles, jackets & sweatshirts. Surely you will not walk away without something & if you do~ go back and look again!

   I wear free people from head to toe and have for years. I have never left a bad review. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on your clothing . Recently I’ve returned several items that didn’t fit . They were all returned with tags attached and in the bags I received them in . Along with a note with each order number and my personal information. Some of the items I’ve sent in have not been refunded for at least a month if not longer. This is unacceptable for a company like free People. I will not spend another dime with you until I’m refunded every cent you owe me . This really makes me sad angry and so frustrated. How can you do this to the people that make your company??? Maby the problem is with your employees that are receiving our returns. Go to EBay there’s thousands of your products being sold new with tags . I truly hope someone at corporate reads this review and checks into this huge problem. I’m not the only one that is having this problem. Read your reviews!!! Once again I love your clothing .its all I wear !!

5. 5/5We LOVE the quality of FP - Please restock items!!!

   My daughters and I absolutely LOVE Free People clothing, the only complaint is that items quickly disappear right out of the cart so fast! And all too often items are not restocked or take forever to be restocked. Example the Fuji top was in stock and before they decided what they wanted my Fuji top in the most beautiful blue (sort of looked navy blue) was gone just like that! This color was only there for one day and has since then (per my stalking your website) entirely removed as a color option. Soo Sad!!! Please bring this back as well as the thin beach cardigan. I believe for California this depending on the day is beautiful and perfect even through winter months ahead. Besides that many of us prefer thinner lighter cardigan alternatives! All the colors are gorgeous (I was able to get my hands on one in Bridal Rose) such a gorgeous shade of pink! Other than that the app is super easy to navigate and make purchase selections. Please please restock items!!! 🌸🌺🌸🌺🌸🌺 Three happy shoppers🌺🌺🌺
