1. 1/5Misleading and Deceptive Advertising

   It would be a lot smarter to read reviews and make sure I know what I’m buying. That’s on me, but a company that advertises watch faces should actually provide watch faces that stay on your watch. I was also asked to allow access to health data and location access when they claim to not collect data. Everything about this company is a scam and they should not be allowed to mislead people and then tell them that “After thoroughly reviewing your case, we’ve confirmed that you accepted one of our ongoing promotions, which included the additional watch faces pack. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, promotional offers of this type are non-refundable.” First of all, I never accepted any promotion, nor did I agree to any kind of subscription. DO NOT BUY FROM THAI COMPANY - they will respond with some canned response about contacting help support, but I’ve already done that and they weren’t helpful at all. I will find a way to get apple to pay attention to this developer and take them out of the App Store. Apple does not support deception like this!

   Run away from it! I am extremely dissatisfied with this app and the way its promotion was presented. The offer I accepted originated from an Instagram promotion and was misleading in how it bundled the app with an extra watch faces pack, without clear and prominent disclosure of the applicable terms and non‑refundable nature of the promotion. After realizing the issue, I promptly contacted the company’s support to request a refund for both the app and the extra pack, explaining that the purchase flow had not made the conditions transparent. Instead of addressing the lack of clarity or offering a reasonable solution, support simply pointed to generic “Terms and Conditions” and refused any refund, while acknowledging only that my subscription was canceled going forward. In my view as a consumer, this conduct falls short of basic standards of transparency and fair dealing expected in digital marketplaces. The refusal to provide a refund under these circumstances, despite the unclear promotion and the immediate complaint, raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices and respect for consumer rights. Prospective users should be aware that promotional offers tied to this app may not be clearly explained at the time of purchase and that the developer may rely on non‑refundable fine print rather than resolving legitimate concerns in good faith. Based on this experience, recommendation of this app cannot be given.

3. 1/5Horrible: BUYER BEWARE!

   This App keeps debiting my card for different amounts! I can only download one watch face. My bank keeps sending me fraud alerts for these unauthorized transactions…now I have to change my card number to get the recurring charges to stop! Horrible! Fraud! Disgusting! I request cancellation but that didn’t happen! Beware! The response on here is always the same! “Our terms are clearly shown at checkout.” Well you have thousands of reviews on here that say otherwise and rather than fixing your terrible website and service you just keep saying the same thing over and over! You have No regard for the customer who is clearly interested in your product. You could make a lot more money if you spent time reading and using the reviews to actually fix the problem!!!!!That’s how I know it’s a SCAM! SHAME ON YOU! Again Disgusting!!!

4. 1/5App is not as described and No refunds

   Just want to share my own experience. The watch faces are not regular faces they are an overlay app that doesn’t stay on. There is a hidden subscription, and when I asked for a refund (for an app that doesn’t work as described mind you) I got the following response less than a minute later: “Hey! Thank you for reaching out to the Support Team regarding your concern. After thoroughly reviewing your case, we’ve confirmed that you accepted one of our ongoing promotions, which included the additional watch faces pack. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, promotional offers of this type are non-refundable. We also want to confirm that your subscription has been successfully canceled, and no further charges will be applied going forward. We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused. Please know that we truly value your business and strive to provide the best possible experience to all our customers. If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make an exception in this particular case, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of flexibility. Kind regards, Support Team’

5. 1/5DOESN’T WORK

   BE CAREFUL! I fell for an ad on instagram and paid $6.99 (which apparently is the “trial fee”). I tried for several days to get the watch face to load from the app to my Apple Watch. It never did. I followed the simple steps. Tried some different faces just in case and it never uploaded. I even restarted my watch. Nothing. I reached out to support and asked for a refund because it never worked. They responded that my subscription was cancelled but all payments for the trial are non-refundable. I can promise you I never pay that for any other trial and next time I will be more careful when I see an ad that’s too good to be true. Also, there isn’t anywhere for you to control the account in the app. So, you can’t manage your subscription.
