"body": "I had ordered a week ago and fragrancex who took my tax money + shipping decided to send my stuff through fedex economy. When I called fedex they told me that they decided to make the shipping through a truck. What is that? You should allow the costumer to choose what services even if it was extra to send their stuff. Last time it was dhl which was somehow worse. It’s like fragrancex tries to compete with itself on being the worst service possible. And i’m hoping i don’t receive my stuff damaged. Btw this is a ME shipment and it’s been stuck in Dubai.",

"body": "The app itself is a nightmare where I can barely scroll through the app with constantly having it open up a page in safari - I’m not even fully pressing on anything and it just forces open safari abruptly Even worse are the fake “sales” that are just regular prices. Alt Fragrances does the same thing, makes it seem like a scam. This is a horrendous app/website that wants to fool you into paying full price on items it has marked as “15% off” permanently - avoid at all costs.",
