I came back about a week ago just to give the app a check and I loved how they made sessions already on some sort of pathway of that level that keeps you intrigued. As well as the leader board is another motivation to train more. Train for 10-30 minutes a day to see improvement. This app helps! Also, they update the app to improve it very often which is a sign of caring for their users. Must buy",
