   I am so happily and truly surprised at that wonderful experience!! After ALL of the Years, Expense! and True Effort, that was sooo easy!! I was so nervous to open and then..voila! THANK YOU!!!!! Wendy My fingers are so crossed that after my cross country move pending divorce hospital stays 18 months of classes Sober and I love it I am really sober so thank you! After this is behind me -just had my 60 birthday a few weeks ago with my mom and children -all getting so old -but I need to work and put this all behind me in a good way for finding a job, driving to it!!! And beginning the next chapter of the rest of my life Thank you

2. 1/5Doesn’t work properly

   I created forms, with a paid business account, and had the intention of sending them to recipients to fill out using this app. The app does not support the features that are allowed when creating the form. I have submitted multiple issues to support and have been told development is working on them, two months later and still no response or status updates when I inquire. Some of the features don’t work on the form in browser mode either. If I’m paying for a service, I should be able to use it entirely. 9/4 update. Thank you for answering my review, but I submitted all issues to the support email in May and have been checking in with Paul, who tells me the development team has been working on them. I’m hoping this is true and the multiple issues will be fixed soon so it can be used along with my subscription.

3. 3/5Could use some improvements

   New to this app...needs some improvement. Sone exsmples: * creating fields a little bigger to click to enter information * ability to enter more than 1 provider per form for records release * saving certain information (name, birthday, address, phone number) because they don't normally change ( but can edit and save if needed). * always sending copies of completed forms. It asked if i wanted one today but did not for the other 2

4. 1/5Covid form

   This form is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly, especially for seniors. I have downloaded the program both an iPhone and iPad. But was unable to reply on either form. Today was the second attempt to submit the vivid form to my dentist. It starts by saying ‘click start’ ... but there is no Start button??? You can not get to the section that will allow answers to be input. It’s useless. The only link that worked was the comment section. I hope you are able to resolve these issues because the frustration level only increases each time it’s used.

5. 4/5Only one flaw…

   I love the convenience of this app. It really saves time and a whole lot of hassle. However, every time I fill one out it will not allow me to check the box on the first line. I am repeatedly told that I have tapped outside the required field. I find this very frustrating. Otherwise it works perfectly and I prefer using it to filling out paperwork in the office.
