I live in overseas and whenever I wanna send food to my family in Nepal , foodmandu is the best medium. Never disappointed always on time. Last year during Father’s Day it was late delivery may be because of huge demand but this year’s Father’s Day I received my food on time so thank you Foodmandu.

1/5Terrible customer service . Hats off to the riders and delivery team .
They have to fine tune the app scheduling of the riders. Customer sevice is harrassing customers after each bad review made. The survey is our right of judgement they should rather work in improving the service rather they harass customers by callin them . Order time was delayed by more that hours . And restaurants can do what they want if we complain about special requests they will come back saying restaurant said this is what we get . Its already made. Imwhy have the special request then . Let them put served as it is. Still the customer service is adamant about calling customers . If i could i would give 0 star

1/5It’s a disappointment every time
I ordered from a restaurant 9 minutes ride away from home and it took me well over one and half hour . They don’t show you estimated time and the support team is not well prepared . Everytime I order from Foodmandu, they always get my location wrong for some reason and the rider is mad at me . The app cannot get the right location . Good selection of restaurants but awful service .

I would be lost (and hungry) without Foodmandu. On those nights when I am tired and don’t have the energy to cook, It is lovely to be able to open the app and order food. Usually it arrives within 45 minutes. I really like being able to see the progress of my order in the app. I know exactly when I should be outside waiting for the driver.

Ordering is a hassle, and I’ve had to email management every time I’ve wanted to place an order. After I finally received my most recent order, it was missing the main course. I found out later via email that the restaurant did not have the ingredients to make my food. Foodmandu decided to email me, rather than call, so I couldn’t change my order. I was disappointed with my food and with foodmandu.
