   This app is fun to play and not at all impossible with some patience. You can earn gems every few Hours from the party bus and watching a video. This is a good way to stock pile gems, also you get 7 gems every time you level up. The one thing I would change is that, when you beat every level with 3 stars, I feel like you should get 10-20 gems (there is no way to get 3 stars on every level without spending a TON of gems, it’s nice we can get them free over time but a little heartbreaking to not even be compensated for it in the end) on that note, I think if you go through and fully upgrade the interior of your truck you should be awarded 25 gems, same for the outside of the truck, another 25 gems. There is no incentive for me to go back and earn 3 stars, if I can make it through the section without fully upgrading or getting 3 stars why should I waste gems (unless there is a hefty gem reward for doing so). Just a suggestion. Other than that, the game is fun! I would rate it 5 stars if the incentives for maxing out were better.

2. 2/5Gems and strange stuff happening

   So I have been playing this game for awhile now and loving it but I began to notice that when I stopped buying the piggy bank and allowed it to just pile up. That once it was full the gems were suppose to come back to me as it had earlier but no longer was happening. Instead it is showing it just magically disappears. That’s impossible to Happen.. since that piggy bank is maxed out at 60 gems and I am not able to buy the bank, so any gems after the bank is full is suppose to go back to the player as it had done before because the bank can’t hold it and you have earned them from playing the game and upgrading all of your steps. So how are they just disappearing ? They shouldn’t be this is beyond weird and strange to me. Also, I know something isn’t right because when I play the delivery part it’s suppose to go from 5, to 10 and then it’s a longer gap to 20 but it does stop to a 15 mark where you just don’t receive as much but on mine it’s now. Going to 4-9 -14 and 19.. so obviously something has began to malfunction. And once I began to record these errors happening then the patience on all of my customers started to dwindle down extremely fast and it has never ever done that before. So not sure what is going on with the game but something isn’t right. And I have loved this game up till now. Very weird stuff happening

   **edit** Please tell me how not getting my gems is challenging and makes the game fun! Support told me ( after 3 emails to them) to give it 36 hours and then send another support ticket.... yes challenges in games are fun... but 30 gems to update something in a part you paid to open for a discount is not a challenge it’s greedy!! Thanks for the basic response... and almost all reviews say gems are too much! Game is fun but there are a few issues... it is definitely a pay to play game which is fine. But when you offer other incentives then you should follow thru.. if you go to earn free gems there are different ways to earn them... most is signing up for things and getting spammed but hey if it gives you 25-30 gems which is basically what you need every time you upgrade or open a new area then so be it! I did this and of course did not receive my gems so now I’m being spammed and it wasn’t worth it. I spend here and there but this has discouraged me not to even bother. Two emails to support and no response. Hopefully if you spend you do not go thru the same thing because they won’t get back to you! I play a lot of these games and this one is fun but a little drastic with how many gems they require! Also even if you take advantage of buying a new spot.. it’s already high gems to upgrade... so why take that deal if you have to spend tons of money on gems right at the beginning

4. 1/5Fun, but...

   This game is fun and addictive, but to be successful at any portion you must buy lots of gems. I mean LOTS!! There are VERY few opportunities to get gems through playing the game or in a free way (you may only get 1 gem here or there, but you need MANY throughout the game). This totally needs to be fixed. Also, if you serve all the customers quickly, you don’t get but maybe 1 extra customer. I don’t see the point in this. If I finish serving all 14 customers with a minute to spare, I feel like more customers should come. This gives players a chance to earn more money and complete more challenges. I have literally upgraded a bunch of items and done all I could do, but still only get 1-2 stars for the first 10 levels of a restaurant 🤨 I really enjoy this game, and I understand the developers are trying to make money but seriously?! 60 gems costs $5?! My biggest frustration is that you have to spend SO much money on gems to actually enjoy the game and have any success. The first few restaurants weren’t bad, but the more you play the worse it gets. I get it... get them addicted, so they have to spend even more money. That’s super annoying!! Game developers or whoever, we are still gonna spend the money but if the game was more balanced, we’d play a lot longer and end up spending more money opposed to getting so frustrated and annoyed that we quit playing on the 5th restaurant because we are forced to spend so much money so quickly. Longer game play would give you more money. Let’s work on this please

5. 2/5Party truck/Disappointment

   I’ve been on level 5 party truck for about 6 months now without it increasing to a level 6; despite sending it out consistently. I also notice since the upgrade how it’s been capped off once you reach 60 gems and I’m not happy with that at all. When the game crashed and deleted all of my upgrades (even with being logged into Game Center and Facebook) the party truck was my way of building back up enough gems to upgrade all of my levels again. And while I’m grateful and thankful that the game creators credited me with what some may think is plenty of gems in compensation for the crash and my game progress loss, it doesn’t come close to being enough to get my food trucks back to their previous upgrade, unfortunately. Some things require 12, 15, and 30 gems at a time per truck/item. Purchasing an automatic dispenser (which I had done for EVERY truck) alone costs 30 gems. Not to mention the cost of purchasing every new truck, which I clearly did as well before the crash. I’ve spent well over $100’s of dollars on this game as it was my favorite (and I do have the receipts to prove it), so I am not just complaining to get anything free. I’ve been working to build back up and saving my gems, on my own, using the party bus and now with it being capped once you have 60 gems and failing to upgrade to level six makes this a huge disappointment. UPDATE: After the game crashed, AGAIN, ironically just a few minutes after I posted this review, I noticed my party truck is now back down to a level 4. >:/ I get crashes happen, but I can’t let this go having put so much money, time and effort into this game. Hopefully this will be resolved, ASAP!
