4/5Honest Review
I do see that you all are leaving the App Store. Pros: I enjoyed this app at first. The analytics for specific are helpful. I’m still figuring out hashtags so I can’t say wether or not the hashtag feature works properly. What I can say is that I have more luck coming up with hashtags from my own head, than again maybe I don’t need hashtag help. Cons: I do not like how the “times to post” are only catered to MY followers and not the general Instagram community. I do feel like that is the only MAJOR flaw because I’m wanting to gain NEW followers. The hashtags could use more tweaking. I’m a natural hair influencer so I use hashtags that I know are POPULAR in the community and not in a certain number bracket. Certain hashtags are for pages to repost content. So even if the hashtag has a high number count doesn’t mean it’s not effective. I know the niche that I’m in fairly well so it’s easy to predict what will spark a viral post and what won’t.

1/5Not worth the subscription
I started my free trial when I was almost to 20k followers, so I had a system in place that I thought this could help with. The analytics are cool to look at. I don’t feel it helped me grow, but it was interesting to look at my percentage of growth, etc. but ultimately I cancelled because I don’t really trust it. The hashtag recommendations *could* be a really useful feature that I would keep a subscription for, instead my current suggestions are WILD. The app currently suggests: Prayerwarrior, momstyle, mensfashionpost, farmhouse, playboymodel, fitnessphotography, femaledj - I have never used any of the hashtags that are suggested. I’m not religious, I’m not a mom, I’m not a fashion dude, etc. Where is this data coming from?? If they were at all relevant and showed me similar/new hashtags in relation what i already use, I probably would’ve kept my subscription. You can just use displaypurposes for this though, and it’s free. Edit: The developer has issued a response claiming to address a few issues, which actually only addresses one. Ultimately they’re telling me to download another app of theirs. Why didn’t your app address my concerns when I initially set it up the first time, as you say I should do a second time? I’ll continue to use displaypurposes for hashtag rec’s. Thanks.

3/5What happened to the old Command?
Since you guys have updated, my account is completely thrown off. I have an annual subscription for my instagram which was connected to command with my Facebook which was also connected through my business page. I had to log back in after relaunching the app, and you guys had no information on my account with neither of the two emails I have for myself. I make a new account, add my Facebook, log-in, and it prompts me to the next screen after logging into Facebook to select my business page, which their are none to be found to choose from.. it’s very discerning. I’ve already emailed support and really didn’t help much because my Facebook business page can’t be found on your service end. I would like to not have to pay for another annual subscription (it hasn’t even been a year yet) I’ve had a lot of growth thanks to this app on my instagram as a makeup artist and cosmetologist... I would like to see where my analytics have fallen before I look for a new app :( please help me.

4/5Very useful, user friendly mobile application
Downloaded this app just a few days ago. It has been rather insightful and gives an overall statistical perspective on the varying areas of your social media account. With options allowing for hashtag generation it makes it a very user friendly experience. Thus far, I had one hiccup that was properly remedied to my complete satisfaction. There are paid options that allow for team members to help with post optimization among other things to include complete profile review. It’s a great app for amateurs as well as experts. It is very very useful in understanding the algorithm by which social media platforms are to conform. I have learnt a lot in these past few days including things such as when is the best time to post. I have watched my engagement rate improve by following the statistics presented by this app. Definitely recommend.

5/5A Lifesaver, Truly One of a Kind
I work at a pretty large social media agency that handles social media for some large accounts. For some time now, we’ve struggled with tools for social media. We’ve tried everything out there. Then, I stumbled upon Command and immediately became enamored. This app is truly one of a kind. What I appreciate about it is the simplicity. It’s as if the developers sat down and decided to pinpoint the exact stats that matter to people like me. I’ve been using it for months now, and it’s become a super valuable tool in our social media toolbox. We’ve found that it is the most reliable way to get up to date Instagram information. We’ve been able to use the planning tool to optimize our posts before they go live. For example, we’ll check when our followers are online and then use hashtags recommendations from Command. Recently, they added this incredible photo-editor that is better than any other editor I’ve used. The convenience of having it in the same app as our management makes it that much better. Everyday morning, we get notifications with our most vital stats summarized. Getting a report every morning of how many followers our accounts gained and lost is super helpful. The notifications also show profile views and website clicks, two other metrics we watch very closely. Also, the design of the app is incredible. It’s a pleasure to use and truly beautiful. It’s the small things that I appreciate–the gradients on the buttons, the subtle animations. I open Command nearly every day, and it’s always a pleasure because it makes my job so much easier. I’m surprised that there were some negative reviews because we’ve had nothing but a great experience with Command and the team behind it. We’re excited to see what they cook up over the next few months. I’ve spoken with Zach, the leading developer behind the app, and he’s been super receptive to feedback. It seems that recently they’ve expanded the team and you can see the quality improving with every update. I highly recommend this app to everyone! Also, if anyone is here to write a negative review, I’d highly recommend you reach out to the team. I’d be surprised if they didn’t have a quick fix for your issues.

Whoa. Wait till you see this. Prepare for Command 7.0... *dramatic music* Business. Account. Analytics. - Demographics - want to see exactly how many followers you have from each country and city? Want to look at how old your followers are and what gender they are? Done. - Story Analytics - yes, you read that right. Command now analyzes your stories and shows you various metrics like Completion Rate and Views Per Person. - Impression/Reach/Save Data - you can now see how many impressions, saves, and reach each of your posts get. Further, you can sort your posts by these various metrics. You can look at these metrics graphed over time. There's literally too much to write here. Like, we'd hit the character limit if we kept writing. Here's the bottom line. This version of Command is the best yet. Make sure you add your Instagram Business accounts with Facebook login. This lets us access all the new metrics. We think we've caught all the bugs in beta testing, but if you have any issues, drop us a line at [email protected]

Whoa. We've changed a lot. So, you're going to have to create a new account for this version of Command. Don't worry, your old data is still there. We've just changed how we do things a bit (for the better). We fixed that nasty legacy datapoint bug. Pro users can fetch up to a year's worth of data (if you've been using the app that long). We added Planning. You can now plan your feeds ahead of time with hashtags, captions, and an amazing photo-editor. It's ridiculously powerful. Schedule them and we'll remind you to post. Our dashboard got a clean-up. It now tells you the most important stats. Followers, Profile Views, and Website Clicks. You'll get a daily notification that tells you how all these stats changed. This update is really about laying the groundwork for some cool things we want to build. Get ready.
