   I am a mom to a busy toddler with Cystic Fibrosis. In addition to breathing treatments, my son has a long and complicated medication list to treat his GI symptoms. This app has helped me stay on track with all his medications by providing an organized list of the meds I give him by time of day. It’s so easy to reference, and I love that I can even track if I change or skip a medication dose for any reason. The app also sends me reminders throughout the day for his meds which is extremely helpful for the meds I don’t give him during meal times. I use this app a lot to track my son’s GI symptoms too. I’m able to run a summary report of the symptoms I track before clinic visits to help me summarize how my son truly is doing since the last visit. It helps me prepare for all the questions I get at clinic from providers and has alleviated my stress during those clinic visits because I’m prepared. Lastly, the Folia team is amazing and there to help you. They have made me custom reports to summarize my son’s symptoms in a better way for me. I highly recommend this app for CF.

2. 5/5Absolutely Love This App!

   I have multiple conditions, including a very rare disease. Being able to track symptoms, log meds, and write in an end of day summary have been very useful. (Especially with brain fog!) The Folia Team have been incredibly helpful with questions and concerns, they will occasionally reach out for feedback on future features and current ones to try and make everything as user-friendly and helpful as possible! One of the things that has been very nice that I did not expect is their Data Dividends. If you allow your Age, Diagnoses, and Symptom & Med Logs to be used for research studies you get $4 every month you log. (Given quarterly) They give you a list of the studies your data is being used in as well, and even if your data isn't being used in any studies that month you still get paid! I highly recommend this app for anyone with chronic health issues!

3. 5/5Love having this app in my back pocket

   As the mother of two children with cystic fibrosis it is often a struggle to keep an organized and dependable record of their symptoms, behaviors and unique medical regimens as they change over time. Not only does this app help take the onus off of me building and maintaining a system to do that for my family, the well thought through interface and reporting capabilities make it easy for me to work with the kids’ care team to see trends and ultimate identify the best course of treatment. I find comfort in the fact that we may now use ALL the data at our disposal, including behaviors that I may have otherwise deemed anecdotal and not thought to report to clinic, when making a decision regarding their health. Well done, Folia!

   Folia Health has been a game-changer for staying on top of my health. I love how it gives me a simple yet complete way to track everything — symptoms, medications, and even daily patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. The design is clean, easy to use, and doesn’t overwhelm me with too many steps or options. What really stands out is how personalized it feels. I can log what matters most to me and see real progress over time. It makes managing health less stressful and more empowering, especially when sharing updates with my doctor. Also, their customer service is excellent. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve responded quickly and clearly — which shows they truly care about their users. Overall, this app is reliable, well thought out, and actually helpful — not just another health app that takes up space. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants better control over their health.

5. 5/5Great tracking CF tool

   I’ve used this tracking tool for my son for several years and I’ve found it to be easy to use and the staff is super helpful if you have questions. This app allows me to track my sons meds, his weight, mood and food intake, as well as record wins and challenges so I can share with his CF team at clinic. I know if I don’t write it down, I will forget!
