1. 4/5Same issues…several years later

   Bought and paid a lifetime subscription. App is still the same…broken for my intents and purposes. Here is what I need: 1) Tasks under “today” to be custom sorted 2) The pomodoro estimated time to be based off of the pomodoro lengths and the breaks for the day. (It maybe is, but it might be off of past pomodoros…not sure) 3) Upcoming pomodoro lengths to be adjusted under the settings. Currently, I have to go into every single pomodoro. That way, I can quickly put tasks into my day, organize them and see how long they’ll take. If I need to adjust down the Pomodoro lengths to fit my schedule, then I should be able to easily. Then hit play and have the Pomodoros start and I just follow along for the 8 hours of work or whatever. Perhaps the length on some Pomodoros could be set…but I prefer that there is a Pomodoro length that gets set for the task…”Pull from settings” or “As Set” or something. Without these capabilities, this app is lost to me. One final thing. There appears to be a lot of connection or something going on with the pomodoro screen now. I get headaches from data transmission. Not sure what’s happening here, but please stop spying if that’s what it is. I never got headaches from the main screen before. I don’t even know what’s happening…is there data being transmitted or usage being pulled constantly now?

2. 4/5Can we talk-

   I love this app. It’s very helpful. However, there is one small issue that I would like to discuss- it’s not about functionality- but about human psychology. When you finish a task, you click on it and it disappears! POOF! Like it never existed. Some may find this to be a relief- the list is getting shorter, right? But not really, we always have more to add to the list. I want to see the tasks I have completed. I think I deserve that sense of accomplishment when tackling many many things, day in and day out. When they disappear into a hidden bucket, it doesn’t feel good. It’s like - I did all of this and I cannot see the list growing in the other direction- the list of ‘you did this today!’ direction. Is it possible to add a column- not something down below that i have to scroll to- but something next to the list of tasks that are still yet to do- this would be the column where everything I have ticked off for the day appears? Just a suggestion, but I really think it would level you guys up.

3. 5/5Make the timer go off even out of app

   I used to love this app. I loved it so much that I paid for the premium. I had never had a problem with it until then, but after I paid for it, the timer no longer always goes off when I am outside of the app. This is especially problematic because I am on other apps during my breaks and need the timer to go off. In addition, often the tasks I want to focus on require me to be on other apps as well. I have contacted support on this, and they were unable to help me, offering one question with no explanation per reply, and have not replied to my last email for a week. The only solution they offered was to reset my device, which I had already tried multiple times. I have to set my own timers, which defeats the whole point! If this issue were fixed, I’d give this app five stars, but it only deserves two when its primary function doesn't even work.

4. 2/5Amazing - until there is an issue.

   I'm so sad to admit I can no longer use or recommend this app! I've been using this app for almost 2 years. It was a life saver as a new business owner, and I've relied on it HEAVILY to keep my life straight. Until last weekend when the switch back to Standard time took place. I had the app open when the time switch took place and it apparently caused some sort of glitch where I couldn't see any tasks in the "today" bucket - they were all showing in the "tomorrow" bucket. I did some basic trouble shooting - logging off/back on and rebooting my devices. The Chrome extension version was working after, but when I logged back into the app on my phone, ALL my data, notes, tasks were GONE. No longer even showing in the wrong day - 100% GONE. I emailed customer service to get help, and it took 6 days for them to respond "try rebooting your PC", even though that was one of the steps I mentioned in my email that I'd already taken in troubleshooting on my own. Terrible customer service. I would have given it 5 stars all the way, but when I can't count on getting service/help when the (inevitable) tech glitches happen, the app is useless to me.

   Thank you for creating such a powerful and fantastic focus app. I have been using it for several years now and have proudly purchased the lifetime license. Based on my experience, I have 4 feature suggestions that I believe would significantly enhance the app's performance and user experience. Here are my thoughts: 1. Custom Date Range for Reports: Currently, users cannot select a custom period in the report section and are limited to the app's predefined periods. When I need to review a specific timeframe, I have to manually navigate through days and sum up the hours myself. 2. Project-Specific Reports: There is currently no option to filter reports by a specific project; it displays all active projects together. Having a dedicated filter for individual projects would be incredibly helpful. 3. Customizable Start Day of the Week: It is currently impossible for users to change the start day of the week to align with their local or personal schedule. 4. Hourly Rate & Billable Tracking: It would be amazing if we could mark projects as "billable" or "non-billable" and set a specific hourly or total rate (e.g., $6/hour or $2000 total rate of project). The app could then automatically calculate total earnings for that project within the selected report period. You are already doing a fantastic job, and implementing these features would take this app to the next level! Best regards, Reza
