  1. 5/5Finally an app that works!

After jumping through the hoops necessary to install get my blood sugar on my watch Abbott upgraded my CGM to LIBRE 3 plus and then they changed the app as well. All of the work needed to install Gluroo and Nightguard through LIBRE link up was now down the tubes and the new Abbot changes prevented me from reinstalling. With some trepidation I opted to try FLwatch. All went well but the set up wouldn’t allow the last connect. Went to bed and tried it again in the morning. PERFECT! It’s been working flawlessly for two weeks. Sure is a safe way to check blood sugar while driving. Hope the developer of this app enjoys his coffee! Three week update: Was in the hospital last for knee replacement and the hospital staff was curious why I would be looking at my Apple Watch after they did their glucose finger pricks for glucose levels. They were amazed with the accuracy of the FLwatch readings.

  2. 5/5Very Useful

Had a small problem with the app. Used the support link in the app itself to send a message about the problem. Philip responded within hours. I worked out the problem quickly with his advice. I sent him screenshots of the problem and he has already fixed it and it will be included in the next release of the app. You just can’t get better product support than that!

  3. 3/5Works but fails to update

The app works as advertised, only problem is that the lock screen graph and number do not update. When you press the update button, it opens the app. This is not why I wanted this. I want an app the can be made to show the current blood glucose number as measured by my CHM to show on the lock screen. Three stars as the app is halfway there…. Wow, got a nasty message from the developer. Diabetics are looking solutions. I understand that being limited by iOS is frustrating but not nearly as frustrating as monitoring your vital signs every 15 minutes and taking six shots of insulin a day. Maybe the rating should one star based on customer service.

  4. 5/5A Very Underrated App, IMO

There are other Glucose apps, which charge for live activities not nearly as accurate and helpful as FLwatch. I started using this when I still had an Apple watch which I’ve since ditched because of the inexcusable battery life. Still use on my iPhone and the Live Activities update with my Librelink app immediately. Thank you for a great app with both privacy and great performance.

  5. 5/5Great App! Highly recommended!

Great to see readings on widgets, also with a reload and time from last reading feature. I’ve been using with iPhone, iPad and Mac. I’m now thinking about getting an Apple Watch to have a faster way to see my readings. One suggestion if its possible, Apple Health syncing. This would make the app even better! Great job!
