  1. 5/5Should Be Able to Add Infinite Moves

When people go to the menu, it has a pro feature you can buy. Although, for free users, you can only add limited moves. I think that people should be able to add unlimited moves, and pro people should be in a group with other pro people and jiu jitsu trainers to help with any questions. I think they should be able to have groups or a online section where you can chat with others or make groups. Maybe a “Locals” section to talk with. They should also add a friends list if they do that. Overall, they should fix things and help the free users, and give a MASSIVE (lowww taper fadeee) update. I rated it 5 stars because this is one of the best apps for bjj in the app store, and I always forget my moves which makes this app so amazing. I know you probably won’t read this whole thing, but it is amazing.

  2. 5/5Awesome training tool

I had a knee injury recently and I cannot practice Bjj for several months. This app allows me to take notes and work out strategies while I am out, keeping me in the game. Two things I would like to see in the future is a computer port of this app, as there are times where it would be more useful on desktop. The other thing I would like to see is an overhaul of the technique webfeature with directional arrows, custom positions, a larger web and nodes that you can move around. The web gets very crowded at 100 nodes, and I have heard stories of high level practitioners making a flow chart this large for 1 position. Great app tho, prolly most eco friendly of these, as the AI use is fully optional

  3. 5/5White Belt

SENERIO: As a newer white belt I train at a Gracie University center within the Gracie Combatives Program. This program consist of 36 techniques, each with 2-4 variations. This is a lot. HOW THE FLOWROLL APP IS HELPING: 1: Logging sessions - This helps to quickly see what you trained on last time so you can review before next class. 2: Listing Techniques - You can view all techiques at once. This allows you to quickly choose the technique you want to view. 3: Notes - You can notes and url’s. This allows you to learn and retain the details most efficiently. It also has a link to websites such as specific You Tube channels for specific techniques. For me I enter my Gracie University link and it takes me right to it. 4: Mind Maps This is such a game changer. I started making mind maps to categorize and link techniques using a mind map app, but now it’s built right into this app. Amazing. Look, there is so much more with this app… If you intend to continue training in Jiu-jitsu and want to be more in control of you learning ability, then try this app. PS - This is my honest review. I get no monetary gain from this post. Blessings

  4. 5/5Elite Tool

I catalog right after every training sessions to help me identify strong and weak points in my game. This way I don’t forget what I need to work on an hour after the class. The UI is super useful. I haven’t really used the in app videos a whole lot but just having that resource there is phenomenal. Everyone should be using this app to track their progression and plan future sessions

  5. 5/5I USE IT EVERYDAY!

Wether it’s a week where I train a lot or a little. After a tough session I usually forget how my rolls went the next day. This app helps track all your bjj training needs in detail and helps you never forget past techniques. There are a ton of other features and external tools as-well. 100% recommend.
