4/5An excellent tool for frequent flyers. Worth subscribing to remove the ads.
Well there are a few nitpicky things I could mention here overall the app works really well and I fly a lot. I have 27 flights between now and the end of 2024 and the app handled all of it with ease on my iPhone 15+. The first thing I did was pay for the one year subscription to get rid of the ads because within 10 minutes I could tell the app was definitely worth having for someone like me There are a few things I would improve or in terms of editing information and things like that but once you figure it out you kind of get the logic of where they're coming from. Not exactly the way I would design some of it, but all in all this thing is great. It certainly a major improvement over checking my bookings on United or Singapore Airlines or whatever. Having all of my flight information in one place that is being tracked constantly so I know about delays I can see where the flights are coming from all the stuff it's just really good. I gave it four stars instead of five just because I think there could be improvements and the overall management of existing flights primarily with editing which I found kind of clunky and hard to figure out at first but I managed to figure it out without reading a manual or anything. So bottom line… If you fly as much as I do you should definitely get this app and pay to remove the ads because you can't use it without removing the ads there's no way especially when you're at an airport and Tracking what's going on with your connectors and stuff two thumbs up! 👍 👍

5/5❤️ this Free App for YEARS!
No matter where I have traveled in the world. 🧳 I have used this for years think as far back as 2012. Love the weather the Map and gates and terminals it displays or if it changes and have my trips saved from present to past and future ones to come. It’s very accurate on times with flight times or if you are trying to track a loved one so you know when and what time to arrive at airport for pickup with notifications sent straight to your phone. All what you need in one place. There are some advertising adds but they don’t last long. Finally love the new feature where you can make a login in so your trips can stay in there incase you happen to get a new phone. It use to not do that even with iPhone backup app it would just start new. But no big deal. Tech is more savvy and user friendly keeping up with times. So thank you 🙏

1/5Update ruined app!!!
I have used and loved this app for many years. It appears they just upgraded to a new 5.0 system. The FlightView I loved has been ruined. I had three trips entered in that I was taking or following, one starting today and two tomorrow. Those have disappeared! I started reloading the data for these three trips. Most of the time the app would not find flights. When it did find them, it took at least two and up to five minutes to complete the task. The new version seems to allow only for 24 hour military time. I know how to do this, but I find this confusing and less convenient for me than 12 hour a.m. and p.m. options. Attempting to change things in the settings part of the app proved futile. The new version also does not order the flights in the order in which they take place. The second, connecting flight was entered in my trip as the trip that was on the top of the list. Ridiculous! I am not sure what to do. I’m extraordinarily disappointed. When it isn’t broken, do not fix it. Apparently FlightView tried to “fix” their app and now it is severely broken. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

1/5Once Best Now Worthless
I’m very disappointed in the recent upgrade process and the intrusive and deceptive ads and I’m decreasing my rating from a 5 star to 1 star. I tired a half dozen times to change my password per their new instructions, but the ads kept me from getting to the necessary checkboxes. . On several occasions the ad simply said click here to continue and off I went into never never land. The management of Flightview has made a severe error in this process. I would have gladly paid to subscribe had that been an option. After multiple attempts I finally deleted the app from my phone knowing that it would erase 20 years of my past trips. I was hopeful that my backup phone which had the same app and data would retain my trips after reinstalling the app on my main phone. This turned out not to be the case and I've now lost all 20 years of my data. The app support info even has a “I require my legacy trip data” option but the email to support is now no longer functional. I’m now in the process of finding another app and starting over.

This NEW app is terrible! I’ve used the old app for years and love it. It is clean and simple. No ads to interrupt. This one has several flaws. 1. When you want to check the previous flights of your tracked plane you can easily step through each flight for 1 or more days. This is just like the old app. You can hit the “Back” button to step back… OOPS! NO! It takes you all the way back to your original flight. With the old app you could step back one flight at a time. And if you try to go back through the history you have to wait through an ad again. 2. When entering flights to a trip it does not remember anything from your previous entry. Sometimes I want to track several flights with the same origin & destination. With the old app I could just hit the search button each time and it would list all the flights again. With the new app I have to reenter everything each time. 3. The type is larger on the new app but when the data is too long for the screen it truncates with no way to scroll to see it. It’s especially frustrating when you want to click on the info button for an airport that has a long name. There is no way to reach the button.
