I’ve been a consumer of vertical short dramas for the past year. Already a fan of Reelshort, I decided to give FlareFlow a go as several of the actors I’m familiar with also produce on FlareFlow. For me content will always be king. But as a retired software development exec, the platform is equally important. After 24 hours I decided to cancel my subscription due to software subscription glitches. After purchasing a 1 week subscription the platform failed to recognize my subscription. I’ve tried everything. Delete and reinstall. Reinitiate my purchase but nothing works. It says I’m already subscribing, but won’t unlock the episodes. I even sent an email support request. But with a Singapore based operation good luck getting a response. Big disappointment as the content was as good as the other platforms. Just can’t access it.

2/5Not worth the money
This app is horrible. While the shows are amazing the set up is to take your money. You begin watching episodes when you log out the episodes lock up and you have to rewatch them spending your coins each time. There’s no way to go back to the episode you previously went to and when you reach out to support they are absolutely no help. They took my money and offered nothing but an apology for this. It’s ridiculous after I use the coins that I’ve purchased I’m deleting the app and never using it again. I’m going to be writing another review on all of my social media pages. Horrible experience. Save your money

5/5This is the biggest waste of time I’ve ever seen!
It’s hard when you’re watching a show and it comes up to a point where the free episodes are finished and it wants you to pay for some. When it goes to bring up the screen where it gives you options of purchasing however much you wanna purchase it sits and you see this little flame going round and round and round and round! Take this stupid thing off of the App Store, and put it in the garbage with blocks!!!

Horrible. I paid for the week subscription. Worked for a day and a half and then all the dramas locked on me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have logged out and re logged in. And please do not tell me to try and restore lol been there done that to many times and it says and I quote “NO PURCHASE TO RESTORE”. I sent a email three times and received no response back. Even looked thru junk so please do not tell me to look there. Trust me I’m not a newbie at this. So there you have it. This app is one of the worst I have dealt with. Needles to say lesson learned. UPDATE::: They reached out and say sorry for the horrible experience please try all this and that lol. Yeah ok. I did all that numerous times and nothing. Reached out to customer service several times they won’t issue a refund. They are useless. BEWARE OF THIS APP ITS LITERALLY THE WORST OUT THERE.

1/5Did not recieve coins
I just got the app, and was enticed to do so after seeing the first 10 parts of a series on tiktok. I got in to the app and got a few bonuses and thought i’d be good to watch the series for awhile, but was only able to watch like 2 parts I hadn’t seen as I was being made to pay to see parts i’d already seen for free on TikTok. I was frustrated, but given an offer that if i watched 30 minutes of content, then every 5 minutes or so i’d get up to 200 coins. I sat and watched the shorts for the 30 minutes, checking and making sure I was recieving the coins at every ~5 minute milestone, and after the 30 minutes were up, i went and checked and recieved no coins. Literally wasted 30 minutes of my time to recieve nothing. The stories seem fine, clearly very repetitive plots but whatever. Won’t be putting anymore time into this app as clearly I won’t recieve what is promised.
