"body": "Excellent app. If only there was a way to do a refresh of my fleet on demand. I don’t understand why it is not updating. First 3-4 days, it worked great. A large cruise ship is not updating and the last 2 days it has lagged 5-10 hours before updating when everything else around it is updating fine. This evening again it has not updated for almost 6 hours and shows still underway when in fact the ship has been in port almost 3 hours. Too be even more frustrating, it is also not showing any other ships of any kind along a large stretch of the eastern shores of Japan. Makes no sense!",

"body": "I very much appreciate being able to follow the vessel when there is hardly any communication for weeks and months at a time. I would give this app 5 stars, however, I have noticed there are times that it will not show the update or refresh. For example, I know the vessel I’m tracking left yesterday and it’s still showing it at at port with yesterday’s date, along with other ships around it. It usually refreshes every time I get on, but occasionally this happens.",

"title": "Not working for iPhone 14 pro max",
"body": "Had an issue with it not working with my 12 pro max so I upgraded to the 14 pro max and it still don’t wanna work. App opens and loads perfectly then freezes 2 seconds after that and won’t let you do anything!! Also noticed that the new update for this app is dated 5/24…unless I’ve been under a rock for the last year and 3 months something’s not right!! Would definitely like to see it working right again. Loved using this app and I’d use it all the time seeing’s how I work on the Mississippi River and kind of need to know general locations of vessels from time to time!!",

"body": "I bought this app for my iPhone 15, within five minutes they try to send you advertisements that jam your phone and you have to turn your phone off in order to use the app again . The advertisements lock your screen ,,whatever you do do not purchase this app until they fix this and if they don’t fix it, don’t fall for what I did they’re just taking your money and the thing is worthless. I had to get another app just to find my own boat. I just had to remove it from my phone, lost of the money is inconsequential compared to the damage it does",

"title": "Does not update for hours",
"body": "The app does not always provide real time updates. For example, it currently displays my friend’s boat 3 days ago and it’s traveling at 4mph, even though it’s in the same spot. I know that the boat isn’t there, based on the updates on Facebook. There are numerous times the update shows about 4-8 hours later, but currently it’s displaying their whereabouts from 3 day’s ago. I just updated the app in hopes it would fix the issue, but it’s still showing their status as of 3 days ago. A friend of mine is using another app and it is displaying their correct location and gives real time updates. 👎😭",
