5/5I Like This App, It Does Everything I Need It To Do
Just downloaded this app today. And so far I am very happy with it. Bluetooth connectivity seems to work fine with this version. The app allows me to customize the output for the 3 different power modes. And just as important, the system details screen displays firmware, distance travelled, and most importantly, it displays the number of charging cycles and maximum battery capacity. The app provides more information, like battery health, than the Fazua program running on my computer. All without having to connect the drivepack to my computer using a USB cable. So, if you have a Fazua powered e-bike, I highly recommend getting this app.

2/5Can’t Read New Interface!
This app has always had connectivity problems when you stop but the ride isn’t over. Some of that is solved, but not always. But the latest update has shrunk the typeface so small (except for the speed) that it is impossible to read while you are riding the bike. In fact, it’s pretty tough to read even when you aren’t riding. Please go back to the prior version so that we can read distance, calories, max speed, etc. !

1/5The app either won’t connect or when it does it keeps disconnecting
I have only been able to get the app to stay connected one time on my iPhone 15 pro max!! Very frustrating. Went to see the head e-bike tech at Mikes bikes and he couldn’t figure out why the app was so unstable. The only way I can get the app to work for 1 ride on my new Pivot Shuttle SL is to forget app in Bluetooth and re search for it. Bottom line the app is Not ready for prime time. If anyone has ideas on how to fix please respond.

The functionality of this app is great with FAZUA drive bikes. Inexplicably, the app DOES NOT FUNCTION unless you allow it to track you at all times. Selecting “allow tracking while using app” will hobble the app so it does nothing. I suspect FAZUA is doing a side business selling your location data. There is no other reason to do this.
