This app has exceeded my expectations! Sending faxes from my iPhone is a must-have! It really saves my time with my busy and chaotic chedule. I can send and receive faxes no matter where I am. Make a few taps and it's done. The app works perfectly with no issues, smooth and easy faxing is guaranteed. Without a shadow of a doubt, you’ll be impressed with what the app has to offer.

1/5SCAM SCAM SCAM! BE AWARE!!
I subscribed to this fax app expecting a reliable service, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Although I carefully scanned and submitted clear documents, the recipients reported that the faxed copies were blurry and difficult to read multiple times. This defeats the primary purpose of a fax application. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the app stopped functioning properly two days before my subscription was supposed to expire. It repeatedly disappeared from the screen and closed unexpectedly, making it impossible to use the service I had already paid for. As a result, I was left without a working fax solution and had to look for an alternative app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this application. The poor document quality, reliability issues, and problems occurring just before the subscription period ended left me feeling that I did not receive the service I paid for. Complete SCAM!!! I wish there was a ZERO star for this app!

2/5Easy but not easy
Have been using this app for quite some time. Main problem is there is absolutely no customer support. I have to scroll through months of faxes to get to my most recent one and there is no quick way to do that. Unable to delete old received faxes. When I did use their delete feature it wiped out all my stored fax numbers, all my sent faxes but left all my received faxes which is the only thing I wanted to delete. If they would just fix it so that the new fax is at the top of the list I would rate this five stars. Also, it would be nice if we could assign a name to a fax number so I know for sure who I am sending a fax to. Please developers make this app perfect. I know you can.

I has surgery 4 days ago and I had to send my doctor paper from my work I'm in pain ! I don't owed a car Uber gonna goes me 50 dollar I was going crazy! And I seen this app !!! Thanks GOD this app work I only got to spend 10 dollars ! I was scared because there's a lot Of negative comments but this is legit ! I feel such a relief knowing that I finally found this app ! 🙏🏽

1/5Service promised but not rendered
Despite several attempts to fax my documents, I was unsuccessful each time. As a result, I had to pay double to use another faxing app, which was able to deliver the service as promised and successfully sent my documents in a timely manner. When I requested a refund, I was unable to send an email through the app and only received a generic automated response when I emailed from my computer I was emailed back with a an automated reply with a list of FAQs. To my knowledge, there is no actual real support available.
