  1. 5/5Phenomenal

This app somehow stopped my late night snacking. Being held accountable for any time I slip up has been life changing. Nothing is worse than stopping your fasting timer and feeling disappointed in yourself. The one time that happened I promised to my self that it would never happen again. Now I no longer binge eat in the night and I wake up with a clear mind without guilt. Simply a great app.

  2. 2/5Same as everybody else

As everybody else has already stated, this is basically just a timer. When you open the app, there’s a timer indicating how much time you have left in your fast before you can eat. When the timer runs out, you will have another timer that tells you how much time you have to eat before you have to start your fast again. Why do I need to pay $10 a week for a timer when I can just use my phone’s clock which also has a timer and it’s free? They also have a thing in the app where you can track your water intake. Because I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day without even trying, I have no use for that feature. When you download the app and you open it for the first time, they proceed to ask you a lot of questions in regard to your health and weight loss goals. The questions they ask you are irrelevant and have nothing to do with any of the features on the app. The only questions they asked me that are listed on the app is my starting weight, the amount of weight I wish to lose, and by what date I plan to lose it. Why ask me a series of health questions if you’re not even going to use any them minus my weight input? It just feels like I wasted my time answering the questions for nothing. Lastly, they have some cooking recipes on there. This is great because it’s always good to have some healthy cooking recipes to try. However, you can get tons of free, healthy cooking recipes online. So all that being said, I have to ask again why the weekly $10 for the app? I see based on other comments that it was $5 and from there they went up to $6. Now it’s at $10. I will be canceling before my three day trial is up. It’s just not for me when all the features you have in your app are features that I can get elsewhere for free so I have no need to pay $10 a week for it.

  3. 1/51 Star for Lying

The subtitle says “Free Intermittent Body Fasting” yet it wants $5.99 per week. That’s the opposite of free. 1 star for lying. Yes, there are free portions of the app, but all the apps have that. When you state it is free, you are implying it is actually free. 1 star for lying. Hate liars. Update following developer response: Nice cop out. But NO. You lie. There are also apps on the App Store that are actually free. Many other reviewers state the same. If you just take “free” out of your title then you might not get so many 1 star ratings. Try honesty. Maybe say “free and paid features”. Liar. Update 2: nice try developer. Yes, the App Store does. But you are putting “free” in your title to rack up a higher number of total downloads. Keep responding with excuses and I’ll keep adding on to the this review with the ways you are wrong.

  4. 4/5AMAZING!

This app has helped me a lot and probably would be really effective for everyone else as well. I’ve tried lots of fasting apps in the past, but none of them really worked for me. This one on the other hand works really well, and isn’t complicated to use, and keeps me fairly motivated. There’s categories to choose from in how extreme you’d like to fast, and it keeps you really organized. If you’ve had trouble with sticking to fasting apps in the past, I would highly recommend FASTING.

  5. 1/5Don’t bother.

App Store says FREE. It is not. Nowhere in the description of it does it say, “in-app purchases”. And trust me, I looked. It doesn’t even state that you get a three day trial. First of all, THREE??! What results is anyone going to get in THREE DAYS?!None! I read someone had posted a review about developer stating that it clearly shows “in-app purchases” It’s a lie. As soon as you open the app, it asks you the same questions all the other pay apps ask and then it smacks you with the try the three day trial and then it’ll go up to about $5.99 per month. Seriously?! All these apps are doing the same thing. The only thing free was the download.
