I REALLY love Fab Fit Fun, but even as an annual member, some of the selections are better than others. At times, there are (for example, 3) AWESOME things in one category that I would really like to be mixed around more, and another category has very little that I would choose from. In those cases, I usually will pick out something for one of my 14 - and 10 yr old nieces. One box out of MANY that I purchased had a couple of damaged items. However, the Fab Fit Fun support team made it GREAT!

I am rarely one to leave reviews but after not receiving my order, and then having to spend an hour trying to get a fair amount of my money/credit back it is necessary. I spent most of the hour explaining an item was added to the box ($20) AND I purchased an upgrade item (luxe- $39) on top of the membership fee costing me more than they were willing to refund ($65- basic box). Only after requesting a breakdown of the money spent and pushing for answers did they bump it up to $107. A waste.

the new update is stuck and will not allow me on the app. I didn't get to choose any of my items because I can't get on to the app. everytime I try to go to customer service it sends me to the app which is stuck on the new update screen!
