Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): the new app has better capabilities and more features which are easier to use. The new app is appreciated for its more extensive features, such as being able to actually visually pull up a processed check. Bill Pay and Transfers are also appreciated and easy to use. Use of fingerprint ID is a God send. Thank you for that. The only flaw encountered was determining what the User ID was. Turns out it’s the same as the prior edition’s which is a series of numbers. Once that hurdle is cleared, the remainder is very easy to navigate. If you need help in getting the new app or online site set up, the folks at F&M’s call center are incredibly knowledgeable and most eager to provide the best in customer service. 4/5Quit Working on iPhone 7+ with Current Update iOS
Used the App on my iPhone 7+ that is updated when prompted by Apple. Today the App would not let me in because it said I needed to update the App. I refreshed the App in the App Store and it said that the App wouldn’t work with the updated version of IOS on my phone. My phone says I am running 15.8.3. The App Store says the App requires 16.1. I deleted the App from my phone and tried to reload the App. The reload noticed my IOS version and said it would upload an older version that was compatible. Tried to open the App and was told I had to update my IOS. Maddening! Horrible App Management! Now I can’t use my phone for my business banking needs. One more reason to leave F&M Bank.

I love ❤️ the new look! It’s going to take a bit to get use to because the transactions don’t show the difference each time as the money is paid or deposited, just the balance at the top. But I still love the way it looks and that’s just a small change to get use too. Great job 👏🏻!!

The improved Farmers & Merchants app is very much appreciated. Navigation is so much easier, and the dashboard was well designed. I didn’t change a thing. Thank you for continuing to improve it for our ease of use.
