  1. 5/5my long overdue ode to Igor's latest brilliance

at the very beginning of my sonic exploration and crafting journey, one of my absolute first downloads was Igor's renowned BeatCutter. I was hooked for life, and I cited him as my 'favorite' experimental music developer ever since. Exosphere was oozing and ready to scald fresh out of the oven. it's not-your-auntie's sample looper boasting 4 slots that'll plunge you through Dante's levels while lull you to the moon simultaneously. with multiple parameters per engine, the choice is yours wherever you seek to travel. he includes a generous amount of shipped samples and presets—further allowing the choice to import your own as well—securing the knot on yet another masterfully executed release from the lord himself. look no further than any releases from his catalog. his artistic brilliance is without bounds.

  2. 5/5Agreeable Ambience

ExoSphere helps you structure your ambience! By splitting it conceptually into five layers, each with effects that make sense for each layer, sonic material is folded into a finished lasagna of sound. You can add your own sounds or live audio into any or all layers, and sequence the mix and tuning with the built-in sequencer. Also: randomizer buttons keep you from having to think too much. Great presets too! Have fun!

  3. 1/5Impossible to use on iPhone!!!

ALL OF THE TEXT, all of it, is too fricken small to read!! ALL OF IT! I can’t believe you would do that! What a ripoff. The is the first time since the App Store existed that I am going to request a refund. Seriously, I have lost all respect you all. The text look like horizontal lines the text is do small. Dumb, real dumb. Surprise, surprise, surprise, Apple’s report a complaint doesn’t work. I’ve had with rotten Apple and the ‘junk’ they collect their 30% on! Over the last year, this is only the third purchase from Apple I’ve made. All three are ‘unusable’ for unreadable text. Just because Apple says the app will run, but not that you can actually use it! Lesson learned. No more app purchases. Dumb double-digit IQs are destroying both us and our world.

  4. 4/5Cool ambience generator.

I’ve used this developer’s FieldScaper app for a long time and loved it, despite the challengingly complex UI. Exosphere does what it does pretty well, but I would really like to see CPU optimization: I had an AUM session with this app and a few others and CPU was maxing… and this is on a new M5 iPad Pro. Once I removed it the processor percentage dropped to 7% lol. Of course you can just bounce down stuff but that’s not always an option if you’re playing live, for example.

  5. 5/5He is a master of the weird but great apps

I would like to know what goes around in his mind when he decides to design a new app but every single time is an app that becomes essential in my iPad. Thank you Igor as always you are making something I didn’t know I wanted
