Hey, thanks for making this app. I bought the Pass right away and really enjoyed the artwork, the idea of locking in to witness a universe evolve and many other things. I have a few feature requests that I would love to see implemented: 1. Something like a daily login mission. I used to use the forest focus timer and their daily challenge feature is what makes me feel the most motivated. I feel the pull to do something everyday in order to receive the rewards from the app. I would appreciate a feature like this in Exocus. 2. I haven't been using Exocus for very long, but there does not seem to be a built-in functionality to share the content/timer records on social media. To be fair, I personally do not post in social that often but I think a feature like that will help with promoting this App, especially since the artwork is so great. 3. I would appreciate a desktop version of the App. I don't like to have to interact with my phone while I am focusing. Also since I do most of my work in the laptop, it would be best to have everything in one place. Thanks again for the App.

5/5Great App With One Feature Missing
This app is nearly perfect as it is now, but there’s one feature I miss from other apps. This app has a Focus Mode so you can’t open other apps while growing your planet, I love this feature but I wish it was possible to create a whitelist of apps that are allowed. Sometimes I need to check my email or use another app during the focus session. You can pause the session, but that doesn’t really help if the task is something that needs to be done on your phone and takes a long time. That being said, everything else about the app from its style to its permanent membership is amazing, and I’m very happy with it as someone with ADHD who struggles to focus.

I really really like how this app looks and functions. it’s very cut down, including what is needed to get you going but not enough to spend time on. Trust me, after like 300 hours if i could futz about customizing planet exteriors id do nothin else. The visuals are lovely and unique, including especially fantastic looking widgets for your home screen! Theres a small little slot machine to pull for planet seeds, and it’s very limited. it makes it a truly once a month activity, and feels really really earned. The little descriptions that appear when you finish a session are all varied and have small little things that make you want to read them, but without pushing you to just get the time in and over with. This app has been tuned to help you get lots done over a long time. My only critique is that the microtransactions are advertised very attractively. I haven’t had the cash to pay for it for a few months, it won’t change now, i’m honestly real sorry. I’ll support when I can though!

I just needed an app to record/track my focus with a timer when I want to lock in. This apps free version gives just that, it’s kind of gamified, when you end the focus you want to see what happens to the planet which makes it more rewarding. I probably focused for 2-3 overall more then if I used another app. Note to the devs: if you’re reading this can you please add other planets, it gets repetitive visually how every planet I do is just remodeled earth. You could like, add gas giants or smaller planets or something more creative, you know space is pretty fascinating. And closing it all off thanks for the app that doesn’t put the subscription everywhere, I like it

I’ve used a lot of productivity / time tracking apps, and this one has been my favorite by far! I think for me personally, purchasing the full version is worth it for the widgets and seeing the stat graphs since they’re so interesting and satisfying to look at. It’s the only app that makes me motivated and happy to work and focus on things i want to prioritize in life instead of spending so much time infinitely scrolling

          "body": "Hey, thanks for making this app. I bought the Pass right away and really enjoyed the artwork, the idea of locking in to witness a universe evolve and many other things. I have a few feature requests that I would love to see implemented: 1. Something like a daily login mission. I used to use the forest focus timer and their daily challenge feature is what makes me feel the most motivated. I feel the pull to do something everyday in order to receive the rewards from the app. I would appreciate a feature like this in Exocus. 2. I haven't been using Exocus for very long, but there does not seem to be a built-in functionality to share the content/timer records on social media. To be fair, I personally do not post in social that often but I think a feature like that will help with promoting this App, especially since the artwork is so great. 3. I would appreciate a desktop version of the App. I don't like to have to interact with my phone while I am focusing. Also since I do most of my work in the laptop, it would be best to have everything in one place. Thanks again for the App.",

This app has a Focus Mode so you can’t open other apps while growing your planet, I love this feature but I wish it was possible to create a whitelist of apps that are allowed. Sometimes I need to check my email or use another app during the focus session. You can pause the session, but that doesn’t really help if the task is something that needs to be done on your phone and takes a long time. That being said, everything else about the app from its style to its permanent membership is amazing, and I’m very happy with it as someone with ADHD who struggles to focus.",

          "body": "I really really like how this app looks and functions. it’s very cut down, including what is needed to get you going but not enough to spend time on. Trust me, after like 300 hours if i could futz about customizing planet exteriors id do nothin else. The visuals are lovely and unique, including especially fantastic looking widgets for your home screen! Theres a small little slot machine to pull for planet seeds, and it’s very limited. it makes it a truly once a month activity, and feels really really earned. The little descriptions that appear when you finish a session are all varied and have small little things that make you want to read them, but without pushing you to just get the time in and over with. This app has been tuned to help you get lots done over a long time. My only critique is that the microtransactions are advertised very attractively. I haven’t had the cash to pay for it for a few months, it won’t change now, i’m honestly real sorry. I’ll support when I can though!",

          "body": "I just needed an app to record/track my focus with a timer when I want to lock in. This apps free version gives just that, it’s kind of gamified, when you end the focus you want to see what happens to the planet which makes it more rewarding. I probably focused for 2-3 overall more then if I used another app. Note to the devs: if you’re reading this can you please add other planets, it gets repetitive visually how every planet I do is just remodeled earth. You could like, add gas giants or smaller planets or something more creative, you know space is pretty fascinating. And closing it all off thanks for the app that doesn’t put the subscription everywhere, I like it",
