Eversource Gas has always been there for me during hard times, and I truly appreciate the support they provide. Their customer service team is understanding, patient, and consistently willing to help find solutions. Communication is always clear, respectful, and timely, which makes a stressful situation much easier to manage. It really means a lot to feel heard and supported, and Eversource has shown that time and time again. Highly grateful for their professionalism and compassion.

4/5Great for payments, but could be better
I just moved to New England last year from Las Vegas area, and out there I had NV Energy and they would send me text messages every day telling me how much my projected bill was. Or I could log onto the app and see my projected bill every day. That saved me tons of money because if I saw the price going too high, I would check to see if there was something going on and then I would correct that and the bill would go back down again. I wish Eversource had something like that rather than just getting the bill information after the billing period is completed.

I’ve had a great experience using the Eversource app. It’s easy to navigate, payments are simple to make, and I like being able to quickly check my balance and energy usage anytime. The outage updates and notifications are also very helpful. Everything is organized clearly, and the app saves a lot of time compared to calling customer service. Very convenient and user-friendly!

3/5Pain if you pay from multiple bank accounts
Generally a good app, I’ve linked several properties/ accounts, I can check the bill and pay easily. While I have given each payment account a nickname, I can only see the nicknames when editing each payment option. Otherwise it’s never shown to you. Not very useful. Want to pay a bill? You better have memorized the last 4 digits of your account numbers, there is no way to see what bank or what nickname you gave. If you have just one payment method you won’t care and you are all set.

1/5This app does not work
The app won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying that they can’t find the credentials in their records. But I go on the actual website and it lets me log in just fine. This just goes to prove this company is not very good. Not only their app don’t work but terrible service. Takes them forever to fix anything. They can’t keep anything simple, always making things more complicated than it needs to be. Terrible time management. Doesn’t let me do anything on the website either. And won’t even explain to me why I can’t do anything. Just says call but gives no context for what. They are just overall a terrible customer service.
