"body": "This company has extremely poor customer service. I purchased two tickets a year in advance for an event. After I selected my preferred location, the system changed the location at checkout to a venue three hours away. I immediately contacted customer service, but they refused to cancel the order or change the tickets to the correct location. No help, no accountability, no resolution. Use this company at your own risk. I will never use them again. Dieses Unternehmen hat einen extrem schlechten Kundenservice. Ich habe zwei Tickets ein Jahr im Voraus für eine Veranstaltung gekauft. Nachdem ich meinen gewünschten Veranstaltungsort ausgewählt hatte, wurde der Ort während des Bezahlvorgangs plötzlich auf einen drei Stunden entfernten Veranstaltungsort geändert. Ich habe sofort den Kundenservice kontaktiert, doch man weigerte sich, die Bestellung zu stornieren oder die Tickets auf den richtigen Veranstaltungsort zu ändern. Keine Hilfe, keine Verantwortung, keine Lösung. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr. Ich werde diesen Anbieter nie wieder nutzen.",
