1. 2/5Glitches and Run Slow

   Although this app has many options and features to choose from it runs very slow. I have difficulties finding work for scheduling. I always get notified about available shifts for the same week however, one minute the app shows availability next minute it doesn’t show (happens back & forth). This app needs a serious update.

2. 3/5Personalization feature

   I love this app! Honestly, I haven’t had many issues. Sure, it logs me out sometimes, but I always press the “keep me logged in” button, and all I have to do is press two buttons to log back in. However, I am upset about the recent update because the personalization features for adding your own photo don’t work anymore. Please fix it!!! I loved that feature 😭 If it gets fixed, I will gladly change this to a 5-star review. Thank you!

3. 3/5Not able to request off

   I love this version better than ESS 41 except you can’t request days off!! So I still have to have ESS 41 to request off! Under reason it brings up a search bar but you can’t pick a reason and there’s no results if you search, so it won’t let you submit the day off because reason is required! That’s the only reason I use ESS 41! If this feature could be fixed I would only use this version but it’s so annoying I can’t request off!!!!

4. 1/5No Help At All

   I literally just started my new job and they use this app for scheduling. After two days of using it the app won’t even open for me anymore. It simply says “unconditional drop overload” which literally doesn’t tell me anything. I’ve tried location the customer support, software support, and FAQ pages of both the app itself and the parent company and all of the links lead to error pages. Simple ridiculous considering how many companies utilize this service and other services that the parent company provides.

5. 1/5Time card

   When I have an override I can no longer see my time card overrides are inevitable for people call off work, or quit, or don’t show up when scheduled. Someone who is not scheduled comes in on their days off to cover that shift. They have a manager override the system that clock them in, after that happens you can’t see your time card, which means you don’t know how many hours you worked or if f you where paid accordingly..: this is very irritating and happens to me almost every week
