3/5Faced a loading error
I faced a loading error in listening part (when nearly finished the test). I quit it and try to take a new test. But faced the same error in reading part again. I tried to start again but I was upset that I couldn’t take the test more than twice in 24 hours.

I've got to know what my level is, and my English score application is a test like the one you are taking in front of the teacher. Plus, you can do your test whenever and wherever you want, but you need to be honest, like the real test. They also give you the instructions that you need to follow. It makes me understand the test. That's why a test can be much easier. Moreover, you have to grade others in the sections of speaking and writing. This means you can know others' ideas.

1/5Terrible rules
I spent almost 2 hours completing two tests, was absolutely alone in the room, got a very high score on both and then found out they can’t issue me the certificates I’ve already paid for because they couldn’t verify from screenshots taken during the tests I wasn’t alone. Two hours totally wasted. They might’ve spotted my cat and thought it’d give me prompts. Completely useless.

4/5Needed to fix‼️
I am facing really disappointing issue in the speaking test. Everything seems perfectly fine at first but at certain part when I have to hold for long time as long as I respond to the questions. The problem starts there, I have many ideas to respond but it often ends up starting all over again which makes me so upset that I have tried a lot and i have to give up my time. I recommend to make something that I don’t need to hold the microphone icon in order to answer.
