"body": "I was surprised seeing how low the reviews were considering how much I like this app. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of page numbers, but I’m not sure if that’s the book itself or the whole app. I see people have had difficulty highlighting & I wonder if they have an apple pencil or not. I use my apple pencil and it’s perfect. I always use my apple pencil while reading so I don’t know if the highlighting feature without an apple pencil is uncomfortable or not.",

"title": "Possibly THE WORST app ever",
"body": "This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life using this app. It's ridiculous. The quality is the eBook is terrible (it’s literally blurry looking??) and the app is so glitchy I can’t move between books within my library without completely shutting the app down and reopening it. It’s supposed to work with my Apple Pencil, to make memos and highlight text, etc. but it does absolutely nothing and it’s driving me INSANE! I can’t even do these things with my finger. It just doesn’t even show up. I demand a refund for these books because the ONLY app that’s useful in accessing them DOES NOT EVEN WORK?!?!",

"body": "On iphone, the app oftentimes shows blank white screen especially when I switch back from another app to it, and restarting the app is only the solution to resume my reading. I love Kyobobooks and have lots of ebooks, but just for this app’s defect, I am considering to switch to another provider. Please fix this issue.",

"body": "I have an ipad pro and it has been working fine so far. There’s bit of ridgity working with the application. Highlighting and annotating is difficult. It does do the job and able to read books and articles that I’ve purchased through kyobo. I would appreciate if there could be night time mode since my eyes get tired easily while reading.",
