   Worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Shipped my order from Chicago on April 26. Got to Atlanta area May 1. I live in the Atlanta area. It LEFT Atlanta and went to Covington, GA. It LEFT Covington and went to 3 different places in North Carolina. Entire month of May it was “in-transit” and never made it. June 3rd tracking showed it’s in Atlanta (again!!!). I contacted DVOR and Elizabeth K. told me I could get a refund on June 2 via email. On June 3rd I requested the promised refund. Guess what? Nope, it moved so I have to wait until it’s been in one location for 15 business days to get a refund. I asked if it just keeps “moving” forever, would I ever be made whole as the customer. Elizabeth K. ignored me. I’m sure she got an award for that from DVOR. I’ll never get my order and they’ll never get another order from me.

2. 4/5Good way to find deals

   App is good overall - definitely can spend a lot of time looking through everything. Using the search button is kind of tricky but works well. Overall, I have used DVOR and spent thousands of dollars over the past years. I have been pleased until recently parts that I am ordering do not show up as what the description I ordered said. I then returned my item and could only get credit on DVOR for it - even though the description said one thing and a different caliber muzzle break was sent instead.. I had an issue with another product similar situation… Need to make sure descriptions match the product because that is very frustrating. I enjoy DVOR but if things continue to happen like this I don’t know what I’m going to do..

3. 4/5Best Prices On Gear Around

   I live the prices on equipment, gear, tech,...they have a LOT to offer for great prices. The only reason I took a star off is because as soon as I submitted an order and got to the screen where I got an order confirmation number they offered me free shipping for the rest of the day! How about all orders over $149 ship free or something (which my order was well over? I mean I just placed an order and it would have been nice to get free shipping BEFORE checking out on my first order. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I had to mention it. Great app and group to have a membership with though.

   It’s great if you don’t mind long wait times on your gear. Only downside I have with them is lack of communication. If there’s ever a problem they’ll never contact you first about it. 2-4 week lead time… 7 weeks goes by still nothing. Finally send them an email, and they say the product I ordered is still out of stock. Huge headache later the rest of my order is sent. (They also hold the whole order for the longest wait time item). Overall great prices but frustrating service so stay on top of your own orders.

   Generally it can take up to a hour to go through products and add to the cart. Unfortunately you can’t just save the item but I guess you can delete things in your cart if you change your mind for whatever reason. I just don’t like the 15 minute timer on reserving something in my cart. I have always been able to re- reserve items but I would be very disappointed if it’s something I wanted and a good deal that I lost because I didn’t make the 15 minute time frame. It is good that shipping is free for the next 24 hours so you don’t get dinged for that a second time. I just think the time should be kicked up to at least 30 minutes and more so an hour. I do like the way you can sort things by the biggest percentage of savings. I don’t like when I buy something from another vendor and two weeks later it pops up here for a substantial savings but such is life. My recommendation is make a list of what you want and check this site out everyday for it if you are not in a rush. Haha, the only problem with that is you’ll run into other items at a good price and buy something you really didn’t plan on getting. It’s not like you can sit on it for a week or two to decide. This site is a excellent place to find things at a great savings but it definitely hooks you into pulling the trigger.
