5/5Great!
As a Japanese speaker learning Korean, this is absolutely the best dictionary app out there. My only small complaint is you can’t copy the hangul for words. You can copy the hanja but not the hangul too, which is inconvenient if you want to make flashcards from them. Thanks so much for this free resource

4/5Perfectly suitable UI and customization
This is a great dictionary, I love the UI too. A feature I would really like to see added is folders and lists for bookmarks, as well as a simple flashcard SRS system for training. *edit* This dictionary lacks the ability to search words in "bulk", or "phrases". It needs the feature to break phrases down into likely individual components. This would make it so much better!

5/5A perfect offline Korean dictionary app
Really great, fast, and user friendly app. I love this for my Korean studying! I left a previous review about an issue I was having with the app, and the developer reached out to me and resolved my issue! Thank you for a great app and a great gift to the Korean learning community.

4/5Very good
This is my favorite of the various Korean dictionary apps I have tried. The interface is well designed and snappy and it’s great to have one that works offline. The sources used to populate the dictionary seem to be of high quality with definitions in English, Korean, and Chinese, and plenty of examples. There are some really useful features here if you have experience with another East Asian language: the prominence of the hanja display, the ability to show variants of the hanja from other languages next to the Korean ones, and the ability to freely switch between searching in any of the four supported languages are all highly useful. There are still some rough edges I’d like to see sorted and some features I’d like to see: * romanizations are strict character-by-character transcriptions and don’t accurately reflect pronunciation which imo defeats a lot of the purpose of having them * there is pronunciation hangeul, which mitigates the above problem, but it’s not there for every word where the pronunciation deviates from the spelling * you can’t hear the pronunciations unless you turn on your ringer * it’d be really useful if you could export your bookmarks to Anki * some words appear twice. They are different definitions, presumably from different sources, but the display could probably be better. * conjugations would be a useful feature, especially if you could also search by conjugated words In spite of these suggestions I do use the app regularly and it was well worth the price.

5/5한자 Korean Chinese Character options nice
I was loving the Korean Chinese based Character options and explanations, now I realize it is also a fully functional dictionary. This is the best for bookmarking newly learned words, seeing the Chinese based Character used and then linking it to other words that use those Chinese based Characters. With 60% of Korean words being Chinese character based; this Dusajeon Korean Dictionary is awesome. I enjoy learning a character and then seeing a list of words the character is used in.
