4/5fun, but SUPER OUTDATED. also, i have some suggestions
tried this after getting my new custom A-LT series utility droid, but in the droid builder it didn’t have any options for that. also the naming system is pretty bad, you cant have nicknames for your droids (that i know of) and your locked to bb, r1,r2,etc. i also have some suggestions. 1. a group mode where you can connect multiple droids and have them dance or play tic tac toe or anything else together/individually. during the group mode, talking between the droids in the group are % boosted. 2. a follow mode where the droid follows your device. good for driving them around without having to constantly moving him forewards. 3. MORE TRACKS FOR THE DANCE MODE! AND MORE MOVEMENTS TOO! dance/manuever mode is really fun but it could use some more stuff. 4. and last, more 2 player games you can play with your droids. thanks for making such a fun app, devs! please try and implement my stuff if you can!

5/5Happy Star Wars Day from a Droid Sympathizer
I have created 2 droids for myself and 1 for my grandma at Galaxy’s Edge so I was excited when I saw this app advertised in an email today. It took a second to get things going ( for all those complaining it won’t connect to your droids, I had to turn off the physical controller and only have the droids on to obtain connection). The fact that you can have your droid dance to DJ-R3X is AMAZING. DJ-R3X’s soundtrack is one of my favorite go-to albums and I’m excited that I can share the beats with my astromech friends! I was able to connect both of my droids separately and create their profiles and it’s great to see their profiles are remembered when switching connections back and forth. I really do hope the developers continue to update this app with more content as I would love to see my droids become even more alive than they are now. My only qualm is that I cannot have both droids connected at once to have a little dance party, but I do understand the limitations of a brand new app. Please keep more droid content coming and Happy May the 4th!! - Sincerely ‘a Droid Sympathizer’

5/5A great value add with room to grow
My husband and I each built a droid on our honeymoon at WDW. While I’ve played with mine a little, seeing the app release was so exciting! While simple, the tic tac toe and dancing activities were cute and made me smile (which we can all use right now). I loved how my droid responded during the activities! I also appreciate that sounds are synced while you use the app to drive—I’m really bad at pressing the sound button while using the plastic remote, so this was a nice addition. Like others, I would love options for multiple droids in a future update! And one note: it took me a long time to figure out how to get the music to play because my phone is always on “silent mode”. Just triggering volume won’t work in this app, you have to fully toggle sound on to hear the sounds in the app!

4/5Great app but could be better.
I really like that there is finally an app that I can use as a controller for my droid, and that there are even more features too. I also love that there are no adds too. I like the strategy feature (tic-tac-toe) but I think it would be cool if more games that you could play against your droid would be added. Maybe Connect 4 or Dejarik, maybe even Sebec too. It would also be cool if you could connect multiple droids and play a game with multiple droids at once, where you take a turn, then droid #1 takes a turn, then droid #2 takes a turn and so on. It would also be cool if the maneuvering feature could have more options or maybe have your own song uploaded. Another cool feature might be if I could move my droid with the controller and have the app “remember” the path I moved my droid and carry out that sequence. Now for some other notes. The volume of my droid resets if I disconnect the droid (power it off or it goes to sleep). Also, if the droid goes to sleep, it doesn’t want to reconnect to it. The only way I have gotten it to reconnect is if I have my droid off, go to the connect page, wait until it says no droids found, then turn my droid on. That has seemed to work for now. One more note, the “I don’t have a droid” feature seems to be pretty useless. Maybe make it AR so you could control your droid through your house, or something where you could control the droid you created through a maze or Galaxy’s Edge. For anyone who read this, thank you for taking the time and I hope my ideas and notes help improve that app and everyone’s experience.

4/5Super great
This app is awesome if you have a droid from galaxy’s edge and are curious what else it can do! I had a lot of fun playing with my droid and sort of bonding with him. My only complaint is that if you have more than one droid you have to individually connect them to play, they aren’t in the same place. I love the app but it would be great if there was an option to make more than one droid profile in the same place. It’s really annoying that I have to take the time to connect the droid I want to play with and basically have to log out of the other profile. Another thing I think would be nice is an option for people with more than one droid so that you can have the two droids interact with each other. Kind of so that they can talk back and forth and sort of get to know each other. All these things would be really nice to have and I think would make the app more interesting
