4/5Free app to keep track of my dreams! Love it!
I’ve always been interested in my dreams and how they pertain to my subconscious and what’s going on in my life. Back in the days before cell phones were computers & just for calling or texting (even then texting was a pain lol) I had a dream dictionary, and would often look up my dreams and what they meant. Now with this app, I can easily roll over and still be half asleep and push the “talk to text“ button and add my dream. I’ve contemplated about paying for the membership, it would be nice for it to automatically let me know what my dream means (AI generated) but because it’s a priced as a monthly subscription, and I don’t always remember my dreams, I haven’t subscribed yet. I’m not sure if it would be worth it if I’m only logging a few dreams a month… I don’t know if it’s something with age, that as you get older, you remember less of what you’ve dreamt or what. But it does help me to track my dreams easily. I can see if there’s any patterns going on and see how it applies to my life at that moment. I am pretty in tune with my mind & body, and can usually tell why I dreamt a certain dream. But with that being said, it would be nice to automatically see what my dream means and how it applies to my life automatically. I would like it if there were different subscription options though, like a 1, 3, 6 & 12 month subscription deal, buy more & save more, which is the only reason I gave it four stars. Great app for free, even for the subscription price if you plan on using it often to get your money’s worth. I recommend!

5/5Great, Simple, and Awesome Community
With other dream journals / dream journal apps I just feel like it’s either not enough to properly record my dreams or way too forced. But with this app I feel they don’t necessarily force anything on you (eg make you do a dream daily, etc) while still giving the option to record dreams in an organized yet not crazy way, meaning that I can easily write down my dreams when I wake up. I also found that by adding tags to the dreams (things you can do in the app) I can sort of ‘track’ what kind of dreams I’m having and when. Also there’s no set ‘outline’ for the dream so I can describe it, and even add things like little notes to myself (for example I dreamed about the titanic one night and had watched the titanic movie the night before. Later going over it I could see the obvious connection). You have the option to record your dreams as lucid dreams easily, as well as ‘adult’ / 18+ dreams, and you can make it public as well which allows for others to respond and make connections in your dreams that maybe you don’t see. It helps when others make insight as well, and overall the community is cool and it’s always neat to see other people’s dreams but at the same time again it’s not forced: you can choose to keep the dreams you post private if you want. I really like this dream journal, it’s free and best of all there’s no ads or annoying pop-ups or anything.

4/5Great simple app
I have used this app for many years, on and off. When i use it, i definitely notice my dream recall improving and my lucidity comes back. The dream wall can be interesting to read about what other users are dreaming ( you can choose to make your dreams public or not). You can also put tags on your dreams, i believe to track recurring themes in your dreams. However, I wish there was less limits on the amounts of tags I can put on a dream because sometimes my dreams have a lot of elements that I’d like to record. The tags could be a lot more useful if you could search your dreams by tags / keywords. Also, although i can label my dream as lucid, i don’t see a way to filter my dreams and search for old lucid dreams. So it seems that a lot of the labeling could be used better. All in all it’s a very nice app but I would love to see some improvements like the ones I just mentioned. There is also a newer feature with AI generated dream images and interpretations for your dreams. It’s fun ( you get like 3 or 5 free generations and then have to pay $1.99/month if you want to continue to have that feature available) … I appreciate that the app is free, and probably wouldn’t pay for the AI feature. But maybe I’ll support them in the future. If there was a One-time payment option instead of subscription ( maybe $5-10) , I’d definitely pay. Just don’t want to do a subscription.

5/5I love this app
I've been using this app to log my dreams since 2017 or so, and it's been great the whole time. I really like the interface and how easy it is to just log a dream and see all of the dreams that you've input. I don't really use the feature of reading dreams submitted by others, but I have messed with it before and I liked it a lot too. I am absolutely obsessed with the ai interpretations and photos it comes up with. It's insane how accurate the interpretations feel and how it references specifics I wrote about my dream and explains them in ways that make sense. It actually really helps me realize what I need to discuss in therapy during my sessions because the interpretations always hit so close to home and bring up things I didn't realize. I love this app and I will continue to use it and only it for my dreams for the future. Thank you for all your hard work in creating this app!

4/5Yeah, it’s pretty great
Yeah so I just got it and I’m already pretty enthralled by the whole thing. The interface is surprisingly similar to that of Reddit’s, and is pretty intuitive, not to mention simple. In addition, navigating the app is simple. I could totally do for ‘writing a dream’ to have its own button on the bottom bar though, that would make a lot of sense. Also perhaps trying to make little dream communities, again, not unlike Reddit. All in all, the power of the app rests in the social element. If the developers can figure out how to further streamline the interface, and really push the social aspect, I have no doubt this app will be here to stay, as it’s fairly niche if you don’t use Reddit itself. That reminds me; in order for this app to be successful, it needs to distinguish itself from any Reddit dream page. There’s literally no difference otherwise, save for the app being more focused and convenient, although Reddit has a massive user base, and incredibly active community in virtually every subreddit. So, I would recommend, hold off on the premium until you get more users, which you could probably draw in with better interface design, unless of course, the premium thing is working well for you, which in that case, go for it.

• Meet Dream Companion — someone to talk through your dreams with, grounded in the journal you've already written. Ask what patterns keep surfacing, what a recurring symbol might be about, or just think out loud after a strange night. Because it draws on your own entries rather than generic dream lore, its replies cite the dreams behind them — tap a citation to reopen that entry and read it in full. You'll find it on your home screen, just below your journal and stats. • Reality checks, properly randomized — reminders are now spread evenly through your day instead of bunching up, and they no longer tell you when the next one is coming. You asked for both; both are fixed. Sweet dreams and happy journaling!
-

• Follow your friends — tap Follow on any profile and get notified when people you follow share new dreams • Dream images that look like you — add a short description of yourself and you'll appear in your AI dream art • See who liked your dream — a new View likes list, plus a beautifully reworked dream reader • A brand-new app icon — a dreamy moon resting on a cloud Sweet dreams and happy journaling!
-
2026.7.7

-
2026.8.1
• Meet Dream Insights — the patterns hiding in the journal you've already written. The app now reads back through your dreams and surfaces what keeps coming back: the symbols that repeat, the faces and figures that reappear, the emotions that color your nights, and the settings your dreams keep returning to. Tap any pattern to see how many dreams it runs through, when you last dreamt it, what tends to turn up alongside it, and every entry it appears in — ready to reopen and reread. Been journaling a while? One tap sends Insights back through your older dreams too, and we'll let you know when it's finished. Your stats haven't gone anywhere; they're the first card inside Insights. • Settings, rebuilt — every screen behind Settings has been redrawn to speak the same language as the rest of the app, and most rows now show their current state without your having to open them: whether your daily reminder is on and at what time, whether your journal pin is set, how many dreams an export would include. Everything scales with your chosen text size, and titles wrap rather than clip at large sizes. • Tidier all over — Dream Companion now sits behind your journal's Security Pin, and one unlock covers your journal, your stats and Companion for the rest of the session instead of asking again for each. Tapping a comment notification opens the reply already aimed at that comment. The cards on your Stats screen are no longer the same shade as the page behind them. Plus fixes across notifications, exporting and restoring a subscription. Sweet dreams and happy journaling!

2026.8.5
· 5 Aug 2026
• Home fits on one screen — no scrolling to reach anything. Dream Journal and Dream Insights keep the two tiles at the top, Dream Companion and Stats each get a row of their own, and the Symbol Dictionary and Lucid Center share the row beneath them. Stats has moved back out of Insights onto Home, so it's one tap from launch again. • Themes are back on Stats — the card showing which words keep turning up across your journal has returned, and it behaves now: the top eight up front with the rest behind "Show all", bars that stay readable however long your list grows, and a tap on any theme opens every dream it appears in, newest first. • One save, one dream — saving a dream could occasionally leave two copies of it. It can't any more. Likes and unlikes settle on the right count as well. Sweet dreams and happy journaling!
