"body": "I was excited to try it and several times over several minutes I tried to bring up a picture, a grid, etc, just SOMETHING beyond just the blank background color. I closed and reopened the frozen app and attempted to start a new grid, and it at least let me BELIEVE that I was loading the photo, and then…nothing.",
