   I love the variety of shows and that you can watch ads to get free episodes but they are kind of expensive for the amount of points you need to unlock shows and the rewards section doesn’t give enough points and isn’t easily attainable but as I mentioned they do have the watch app to unlock episodes feature so that’s great for those who don’t want to buy they membership right away and is ok with not finishing the show in one day

2. 1/5Zero Customer Service or Contact

   This was actually my very favorite of these types of apps. However, after 2-3 months of paying for the monthly subscription, I was suddenly locked out of my account. There was a “account restricted due to violation of user guidelines” or something like that message that popped up every time I tried to open the app. I have attempted to contact them through every single method listed (in app feedback, email and whatsapp) at least 3 times each method, over the last 6-8 months. Not a single response, and I ended up canceling my subscription and deleting the app, because no one will ever respond or help. I included screen shots, account number and log in info, as well as screenshots of receipts and order number. I literally followed every single step they listed and still, not even a simple response stating my messages were received. I know I have never violated any guidelines bc I paid for my subscriptions and only used the app on my phone, and never tried to copy or record anything. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DEFINITELY DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, because if you have ANY ISSUES, there WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE ON THEIR END. Sadly, I wasted money and this went from ranked as my favorite to absolute worst/least favorite, because of their awful customer service!!!!

   Lots of content, but many tiles do not match the content. VIP is standard compared to similar apps. Most annoying feature is that you have to tap each episode to clear the options and title card, would benefit from auto-hide. The watch history is separate from your list, but easily navigable to switch between each.

4. 1/5Can’t find the show

   I just downloaded it just because I saw an ad of a series that caught my attention and come to find out it’s gone. The crazy part is they didn’t put the title name on the ad so how do you guys expect people to watch it if we don’t know the title or where to find it before you guys take it down. I just can’t explain anymore too much to spat about, if there was a way to give you half a star I would but you can’t. I’m not hating, I just expected more. Oh and please!!!! make sure if your gonna promote an ad of your series make sure it’s available for new people to watch before you take it down. Anyways, thank you for time.

5. 2/5Way too many ads!

   This app has way too many ads! They started putting ads in between every 2 to 3 episodes, and then after you swipe past the ad they give you another ad! Which is absolutely ridiculous. When you run out of coins, you have to use an ad and then watch two more ads. Not to mention they give you so many coins, but you use them so fast because each episode is like 18,000 coins.. All the other story apps are 50 Ish coins per episode. Once I finish watching the episodes, I have saved I’m deleting.
