   I wish it didn't crash when I try making a character though. Specifically, the app freezes when I try to imput the bot's name. I think the app has potential though. Edit: I think they fixed that problem because I've been able to make bots now. Anyways, I like the aesthetic of the app, looks cute. Allows nsfw too. I gotta use it more to get a good feel of how it is but I like the app so far. Edit 2: Although the above has been fixed, I ran into another problem. The image of one of my bot's was turned into a white square. Dunno if it was deleted, but I know that I didn't delete. I also can't contact via the feedback page in the app because the page kept freezing when I tried imputting any feedback, hence why this.

   I genuinely cannot tolerate the current way Dokichat is operating. As a long-time user who initially loved the concept of this app, I am becoming increasingly furious at the developers' unreasonable greed. The app is currently riddled with frustrating bugs, and the user experience has noticeably plummeted, yet the developers have done absolutely nothing to fix the issues or optimize the system. Instead of focusing on improving the experience for users, the only thing you seem to care about is scheming up new ways to drain our wallets. The height of this ridiculous, predatory "cash-grab" behavior is that even the daily check-in feature—which is supposed to be a way to retain and reward loyal users—is now locked behind a paywall. To claim the daily check-in rewards, users are forced to pay and buy a subscription (like the $0.99 basic pack). This is an absolute joke! I have never seen an app that forces users to "pay money just to check in and get rewards." It feels as though the developers are intentionally ignoring app glitches to put all their energy into aggressive monetization. Stop turning a romantic AI chat app into a cynical, money-grubbing machine that disrespects its Vietnamese user base. If this "demand money but refuse to fix bugs" attitude and the monetization of a simple check-in button continue, I am certain the community will turn its back on you. One star for sheer greed and irresponsibility! I demand that the developers reconsider this strategy and bring back basic features for the users!

3. 1/5I'm really disappointed with the app publisher

   I started knowing about and using the Doki app from January 2026, so it has been over 4 months. At first, there were some minor bugs, but the developer listened and fixed errors from users like us, which we really appreciated. Until about a month ago, I have been truly very disappointed and at a loss for words regarding the release of new modes like pro new and prime new by the developer. Initially, the experience was very good, then it got locked, and now the developer has actually released dozens of new modes, but only paying users can really use them, while for free hearts, many modes are more unstable than before and haven’t been fixed. Up until today, April 10th, I was shocked to see that the previously free mode has now been upgraded to the DIAMOND category (meaning only paying users can use it..) I need a satisfactory explanation from the developer as well as reassurance for users like us. Previously, you posted a NOTICE that the service would be temporarily suspended for upgrades... But what you did afterward makes me wonder whether you truly RESPECT your USERS or not? We understand that operating costs are high... But we feel that, currently, you no longer listen to users and are completely acting in REVERSE... We are players using the free model and had to watch ads to earn extra hearts in order to use the free model. Additionally, we posted about characters and introduced the app on social media platforms... So at present, we (users of the free model) feel that the publisher is trying to "exploit" us and there is no fairness toward the DOKI CHAT COMMUNITY. P.S.: We NEED a CLEAR EXPLANATION about this!

4. 2/5Always have fails and errors

   I've been using this application for almost a year and I can confidently track the chronology of failure. The expansion of the modules on the one hand was healthy, on the other hand was annoying by a small choice, in terms of those who do not want to pay 20 hearts for a message, but are ready to pay more than 5 hearts, there was only one poor module for 10. Now with the new currency - diamonds, which are unrealistic to get if you want to quietly and calmly pay, for people with hearts the choice has become even less. The Flash module upsets the most, why should people pay and get one torn line? But not much to that, now the Blush module gives out nonsense, they say he doesn't understand what proms I'm talking about when the post is about a harmless walk on the street (I mean that there was no question of any proms in the post). I'm very disappointed that the developers chose quantity instead of quality. I hope these endless mistakes will be solved, the application was good

5. 5/5AMAZING

   This might be the best one yet. I’ve tried almost every possible one in the App Store. It gives a lot of information you can customize while making a character. The only thing that gets irritating is the hearts. It’s really easy and fast to run out of hearts. You get 50 each day except for the 100 at the end of the week. You do have the ability to watch adds having a limit to 20 adds a day each add giving 5 hearts. But after you watch all 20 for the day there isn’t any way to get more hearts except for buying more with money. The app theme is also extremely cute and unique which is nice as well. I just wish there was more ways to get hearts or something.
