  1. 5/5Regaining Sanity

The way this app is organized makes using it a breeze. I downloaded this app during a stressful, hectic time at work because there were so many things I needed to remember to do. For a three-week period this app helped me prioritize projects on a day-by-day basis; the design of this app (today, tomorrow, later) really makes important leadership skills, such as time management, goal setting and prioritizing tasks, easy to accomplish. Even though the stress level at work has ebbed and I don't strictly need to use this app, I still find that I turn to it simply to keep track of the little things that need to get done. Another great feature of this app is the preset "life" lists. This includes books to read, a bucket list, household projects, groceries, and even a list for venting that erases your words immediately. (The app designer is obviously a pragmatist.) I know that the insane stress levels will return - it's par for the course in my line of work - and I fully plan on using this app to maintain my sanity. Thank you to the person who designed this app. You are helping overloaded, crazy people like myself regain their sanity one green check mark at a time. 😉

  2. 2/5It is half baked

The developer missed it big time with reminders. What is a task without a reminder, the reminder is useless. Telling users you don’t need reminder doesn’t cut it. We need reminder to follow on lists and tasks period. The reminder in this app doesn’t notify at all. There is a smaller app by the developer called life lists that uses reminder very well, simple and does the job. In this app the reminder is a mess. Doesn’t do anything. No notification, badges or nothing. I am going to delete it unless the reminder is fixed. It can be a great app if the reminder works otherwise it is a waste of time. Dev focus on the broken reminder part and let the reminder notify. Hello Developer, Thank yo for your quick response. Regarding reminders, I know it gives badges on the app when the app is opened and closed after the due time defeating it’s purpose as a reminder. Example, reminder is set for date at 9:00am, at 9:00am no badge shows at the app. However, past the due time when I open and close the app I see the badge show up on the app. Second, I don’t know if you did this on purpose or not, there is no banner or Notification or sound notification at all. I did check sound, lock screen, Notification Center and banner in iOS settings. I tested repeatedly in iPhone and iPad Pro 11, no luck. So I couldn’t pinpoint where it is but there is a bug. Like I said before you should look into it and make it like your other app life lists, that app worked flow less in both my devices. Or please expand the life lists app to iPad.

  3. 5/5Look no further!!!

Love, love, love this app! There is no comparison with anything else I have tried over the years and I have tried many. Unlike list and reminder apps that came with my phone this app allows for different categories and reminders. The Life list section is amazing! It allows the user to customize "Life Lists" but also offers suggestions. It understands that some tasks have due dates such a finishing a report for work, while other tasks just need to be done today (pick up dry cleaning or mail cards) but they can be moved to tomorrow if something comes up. Toggling between lists is so easy that it is the key feature of this app. I love the hints and reminders which are literally helping me to shape my behavior. For example, this morning I started packing my "Today" list and a little reminder popped up to let me know that my list should be "doable". I realized the app was right! I immediately started thinking over the next few days to see what I could reasonably accomplish whereas previously I might just have a list with twenty five items that kept being moved to the next day. This app is brilliant! Love it!

  4. 5/5It’s working!

I have downloaded so many apps to try to get myself in order that it’s embarrassing. I just kept trying to find that one thing that was going to make a difference. I had downloaded this app a long time ago but couldn’t seem to get it to fit for me. I’ve been looking for something that would work for me for about 2 1/2 years. I then decided to just going back to using notecards. One day as I was rearranging apps and deleting apps I don’t use, I ran across this again. It’s working great! It’s essentially the same as my notecards but I don’t have to worry about losing my notecards. You just have to use it. You have to create a habit of using it. It really does Declutter your mind and works well with GTD. If you have trouble deciding what to do next and you’re just spinning in circles looking at everything that needs done and feel overwhelmed, this is a great app for you. And by the way this is the first review for an app I have ever left.

  5. 4/5New at this app

I’ve been looking for an app that breaks things into categories… today, groceries, work… etc. This does that! I’m still in the learning curve for efficient utilization. But it is fairly self explanatory. Of all the lists, I like the “idea” the best. It is more colorful and that increases contrast .A very good thing for low vision people like me. I NEED a project planner that breaks tasks down into first second third steps… one that says do this step, then you can do this step… like put gas in lawnmower then go cut grass. I’m hoping I can do this with this app. As I said, the learning curve has not yet leveled out in my little brain! I am anxious to get the “daily tasks” lined out so it can line me out! I get distracted with so many things needing attention,I overlook simple but necessary tasks! Like water my orchids. (yes orchids like daily water, just not retaining any water). I don’t need the movie list, but the book list is handy dandy. And so it goes…. You make what you want of this app. And soon as I am as smart as it is, I’ll be giving it five stars.
