1. 1/5Forced to use with dive computer

   There are multiple versions of this app…. There is oceanic + and there is DiverLog, same company BUT depending on which computer you have determines which app you use, and they don’t communicate with each other! This is very frustrating, and then There is the paid feature….for a piece of crap software. I was reading the review, every developer response was identical! I think they did a copy paste. Huish is the owner, they have many dive brands under them, but none of them interface with each other. Why not spend money you are making from this app to get some decent programmer developers WHO DIVE and can experience the frustrations of their customers, who spend a lot of money on their equipment . I had a VTX wireless computer, the crystal went out, they (huish) would not fix it, it made me use the oceanic + software. I replaced that computer with a proplus 4, also a huish product but I have to use the DiverLog to sync it, and I cannot merge my dives, then purchased their cloud service in hopes of using that to syn up my dives! No go! I have emailed and called. I truly believe that this company is run by a bunch of high school dropouts! And, why does the iPad version of the app not have an appropriate user interface??? It makes sense that I would use my iPad instead of my iPhone to keep my log, I now have the Apple Watch ultra but have NO INTEREST in putting your software on it, it will only be used as an exercise monitor. Note: this software does not allow you to track your heart rate when you use their software!! I really want that information! Won’t spend a penny more with this company until they get serious about supporting and improving this software! Read the reviews, they go back multiple years, the software has had little improvement .

2. 1/5Worthless for data tracking / Elapsed Dive time incorrect

   Very disappointed in this product. While the app syncs with the DC fine the computer changes the Elapsed Dive time. I have this issue on many dives. For instance, on an 81ft dive, the elapsed dive time is recorded as a 5 min dive. The Tank bottom time, as recorded by transmitter, is 41 min. The 41 min is the correct time. I have been reaching out to the developers since Aug and at first had responses of “we are working on it” but the last 3 times, since Jan, I have received no answer. The issue of the incorrect Elapsed time has thrown off all my stats and has made the app basically useless for data tracking and proof of dives.

3. 1/5App crashes every time when trying to download and save dives.

   This app has stopped working to download and save recent dives. When I try to get support, there is no link to connect to any support ( error messages only) I have tried several measures including updating firmware, uninstalling and reinstalling app. This resulted in loss of dive data from previous dives. I am writing this review in hope that some one at diver logs actually cares that their product is not working and may get back to me to resolve the issue. I am out of other options. Looks like I’m not the only one who is having this issue. Help please!!!!

4. 3/53.5 Stars. A little clunky

   I love the download feature from my dive computer and the storage of photos, videos and links against the dives works well. Entering dive information is clumsy , it seems that the addition of a few “back buttons” would save me from having to partially key in dive site information then close the app to continue entering more info on another page. I reached out to the developers and they contacted me back a few times but the problem has not been resolved months later. My phone and iOS are up to date so I don’t think it’s me, their documents show a back button but it is simply not on the screen. Update: would like to be able to download dives and key information to MS Excel.

5. 2/5Disappointment from the first minute

   I have an Oceanic Pro Plus 4.0 dive computer and just downloaded your software - DiverLog+. My disappointment started from the moment I was trying to register - I am getting a message "Network Error". Not being able to register I tap on "Skip" and the main menu opened. I was trying to put the information about my gears but made a mistake in the desired gear bag name - now I cannot delete a gear bag - ? Neither I can delete a piece of equipment I've created inside the gear bag. In addition - it works only in vertical orientation of the iPad. I have iPadPro and I would like to use it in horizontal orientation to have more information on the screen, especially graphs - cannot do that!!! After working with dive computer and this software for some time I think major issues are: 1. App is not rotated on iPad - cannot use horizontal orientation; 2. Graph with ascend speed must be present - will allow for a great deal of learning from each dive, especially gor beginners ;
