5/5The freedom & fun we’ve been all desperately looking for!!
This has been the most creative, unique, satisfying & fulfilling social media/internet experience I’ve had since 2006. While I thought the cryptographic key would be confusing, it’s absolutely genius now that I’ve understood its purpose & figured out it integrates right into my password keepers just like any other sign in. I have spent hours creating a new theme, editing my profile like the MySpace days, evolving an interactive Blobbi pet, reading articles without censorship & connecting to people & content of my CHOOSING. I haven’t been sucked into a shady ad, doom scrolled or disassociated from my humanity since I began using Ditto, I’ve built my own feed based off of what I feel matters, is fun, inspiring- without algorithms curating propaganda, rage bait & money grabs or influencers I’ve never seen but need to apparently pay? My crypto wallet took some tinkering with but now I have fully ability to integrate my BTC into my Ditto account as well! I’m seriously mind blown by this experience I’ve gotten to be part of and so proud of the team. This app & protocol can change the human experience by helping us take our identities back from the internet, using it as a tool again rather than being the tool.

5/5Content I can control
It’s been so refreshing to have a social media platform that I can control what I’m exposed to. I feel better knowing my info isn’t going to any of the big META companies. I’m trying to recreate that 90’s platform feel and so far it’s been great!

5/5Reclaim your Social Media
This platform is fun and innovative. It puts the control of social media back in your hands. Allow your creativity to design your page with content you curate. Don’t let this opportunity pass by to reclaim social interaction with a purpose.

1/5Finally, an awesome social app!
This is super fun! I love the colors and theme options. But I also like that I can customize my experience and have so many things in one app. Videos, photos, and even music without leaving the app! This is the definition of bloom scroll. Articles are my fave too. Blobbi is also my fave. I love being able to have a virtual pet, even if I feel like I may be killing it.

2.10.2
Follow lists, follow sets, and follow packs now live on one page with tabs for Feed, Members, and Comments. Tap Follow All to follow everyone at once, or Save to keep a copy for yourself. The compose box got a big upgrade. Emoji, GIFs, and stickers now open right where you're typing, and drafts save automatically so you never lose a post. Reaction, repost, and zap screens now show the full list of people who interacted, not just a count. Badge awards show up directly in your feed with a one-tap accept button. Fixed a bug where shared links, QR codes, and remote login were broken on iOS. Fixed a bug on iOS where the app could get stuck zoomed out after a stray pinch gesture.
-
2.14.4
The Wikipedia featured-article card on your home feed now shows article titles cleanly without the underscores, and tapping it opens the article right inside Ditto instead of bouncing you out to a new browser tab.
-
2.15.2
Reactions and zaps from people you follow now show up in your home feed by default -- catch up on the moments your friends loved without flipping a switch. A malformed post can no longer take down your feed or a thread: broken events are replaced with a small tombstone and everything around them keeps working. Comment notifications get their own speech-bubble icon, distinct from replies.
-
2.16.0
Send Bitcoin straight to anyone on Nostr from a redesigned wallet Send dialog -- start typing a name, pick from the suggestions, set the amount in dollars, and go. Tipping a person now shows up in feeds and notifications as a first-class zap with their avatar and name, the same shape as a note zap. After you send, "View transaction" opens the in-app Bitcoin page instead of bouncing out to mempool.space, so the on-chain zap, the sender, and any comments all stay one tap away.
-
2.18.0
Agora Fundraisers now show up across Ditto -- in your feed, on profile pages, as quote embeds, and in comment threads. Open one to see the campaign story, a live "raised of goal" bar pulled straight from Bitcoin, and a Donate button that hands you a QR plus an "Open in Wallet" link, or lets you zap from Ditto's built-in wallet in one tap. The Send dialog's QR scanner also learned BIP-21's `sp=` parameter, so scanning a payment code that offers a silent-payment address will use it automatically.
-
2.19.0
Ditto now works offline. Your profile, who you follow, and your feed are saved on your device, so they pop up instantly the next time you open the app -- and stick around even when the network can't be reached. Feeds no longer flash empty while refreshing, and when there's genuinely nothing to show you get a clearer message with a Try again button. Following and unfollowing people is more dependable too.
-
2.20.0
Every Nostr app now has its own page in Ditto -- see what it looks like, browse a live feed of everything posted through it, and join the conversation in a comments tab. Search got smarter too: the search box now turns up articles, lists, follow packs, and emoji packs alongside people. You can copy anyone's npub straight from their profile, and fullscreen videos finally fill the screen without getting cropped.
-
2.21.0
Share into Ditto from anywhere on Android: hit Share in any app and you can post the text straight to your feed, or jump into the conversation around a link. A new Nostr Clients widget in the sidebar lets you hop between the apps people are posting from, and every client page now shows how many people are active on it with a 30-day usage chart. The Trends page gains a Unique Users by Client chart so you can see which apps the community is posting from at a glance.
-
2.22.0
Make your Blobbi's room your own: a new room editor lets you decorate the walls and floors with patterns, colors, and angles, then fill the space with furniture you've collected. You can also highlight your favorite lines now -- just select any text in a post or article and tap Highlight to share the passage. Search is sharper too, with a new sort:top option for surfacing the best results.
-
2.22.1
A quick fix for Android: the app could fail to open on the latest version, getting stuck before it ever loaded. It now starts up reliably again.
-
2.23.1
Profiles get more expressive. Your profile now shows how many people love you, linking straight to the list, and visitors can see at a glance when you follow them back or have them on your Love List. The Loved tab is tidier too, showing only original posts from the people you love. On Android, the back gesture on the home screen now minimizes the app like you'd expect, and a few rough edges in articles and feeds have been smoothed out.
-
2.23.2
Ditto feels faster. Posts and profiles you've already seen now load instantly from your device, your own posts show up the moment you publish them, and the app holds up better when your connection is spotty. App pages also gained an Active Users graph so you can see how busy an app is at a glance, and the music section has a fresh set of curated artists to discover.
-
2.23.4
A performance tune-up that makes profiles and feeds load faster by trimming away redundant background network requests. Tabs, dialogs, and zap buttons now only fetch what they need, when you need it.
-
2.31.0
Quizzes come to Ditto! Build your own quizzes — personality tests, "which character are you," trivia, and more — with cover art and a custom picture for every possible outcome. Take a friend's quiz right in the app, see your result, and choose to share it to your feed. Browse the new Quizzes feed to discover what everyone's making, and get a heads-up when someone takes yours.
-
2.31.1
Community invite links now come to life in your feed. When someone shares an invite to a private community, Ditto unlocks it and shows a rich preview — the community's name, icon, and channel count — right inline, so you know exactly what you're joining before you tap through. You can open the invite in a compatible app or copy the link to share it along.
-
2.32.0
Shorts are here — short videos have a new name and live at /shorts. Android users can now sign in with Amber and other native signing apps for a more secure experience. This release also brings live chat to livestreams, renders meeting spaces and rooms, and updates Bitcoin payment preset amounts.
-
2.34.0
Ditto speaks your language. Settings, profile editing, navigation, and sidebar widgets are now translated into German and Japanese, with a language picker under Settings → Advanced — or leave it on System default and Ditto follows your device. Replies got quicker too: post one and it shows up in the thread right away, and it stays there after a refresh instead of disappearing until the network catches up.
-
2.34.1
Profiles can be planets now. If someone has published their own website to Nostr, a little globe button appears on their profile — tap it and the whole site opens right inside Ditto, no browser tab required. Go wander around someone's corner of the internet without ever leaving the feed.
-
2.34.2
User statuses now appear as cards in feeds and embeds, with custom emoji, expiration, and optional links. Zaps with comments show up as replies under posts. Wikipedia searches appear in your preferred language, and external links open in your phone's browser. Several fixes smooth out homepage navigation, live-stream search, and emoji loading.
-
2.34.3
Profile tabs are now shareable — link directly to someone's photos, articles, or any other tab. Media downloads now save to your device instead of opening in a new browser tab. Also includes fixes for the Lightning Wallet button on web and the compose textarea scrolling issue.
-
2.34.4
Post-login setup is now guided with clear steps instead of silent prompts. Your audio player now handles mpga files.
-
2.34.5
Customize your profile tabs with any name you want — even "Posts" if that's your vibe. Image lightbox now plays nice with the back gesture. Android scrollbars got tamed. Polish everywhere.
-
2.34.6
· 1 Aug 2026
Sidebar got a makeover with clearer sections and easier access. Add comments to your zaps, manage your emoji packs, and enjoy better login flows. UI polish across search fields and feeds with full internationalization support.

Safer key backups, smarter Blobbi missions, and a smoother feed. • Back up your secret key from Profile settings — save it to iCloud Keychain or a file. • Tap the Home tab again to jump to the top and refresh your feed. • Blobbi missions now count your past posts and themes, and new Blobbis start incubating the moment you adopt them. • Scroll position is preserved when you navigate back — no more bouncing to the top. • Custom feeds now support infinite scroll. • Stronger protection for wallet keys, plus assorted security and signup fixes. Thanks for using the app!
