5/5Clean Functionality
From some one who favorites stuff so much that most apps glitched I didn’t even try that. The clean interface is wonderful & much appreciated, there is such ease in navigating. These are things I’m FUSSY about so it’s nice to see such an awesome design.

1/5App Double Charges you
I bought a very expensive order because I needed some new clothes. Like over $400. I bought through the app, and when I went to purchase, the app glitched and it said that there was an error the purchase didn’t go through. I went and looked at the order history and everything to make sure it didn’t go through because I didn’t want to get double charged. I restarted the app and even checked again, just in case. So I did the purchase again and it went through the second time. I reviewed my clothes and was very disappointed. Only one thing fit correctly. I was just going to take the loss because I am disabled and it would be really difficult for me to return it. Then I was surprised to see that I received the same order again! And to my horror, they double charged me! I can’t afford $800. I called to return the order and was given an order number. Plus it wouldn’t even let me return things like earrings, even though I never even opened that package. But I had no box to return the packages in. So I had to wait until I got one, and then I got an email that the shipping label had expired, and by that time, I couldn’t find the order numbers one the app that I needed to return and it’s too late for a refund. Now I’m out an extra $400 and have two bags of clothes I can’t wear due to their awful app.

4/5Favorites leaves room for improvement
The favorites feature is one of my favorites and I use it to wishlist items to then narrow down for my cart. It’s a little buggy and the last few times I’ve used the app the Mimic (good one) sweater multiplies in the favorites every time I open it. And an archive list of purchased items to view as a personal closet would be nice when pairing items together for styling.

4/5Favorites Doesn’t Work
Really like the app. However, once you close out of the app anything you saved as a favorite gets deleted. Pretty annoying since I saved a lot of items and it’s a lot of work to go back through all the pages to relocate items you wanted to order in the future. Other than that I haven’t really noticed anything else negative about the app. Love Disturbia!

This is really unfortunate from a band I really like since I’ve used their app in the past with no issues, but now not only is it so buggy but their favorites are broken. Not just on the app either, both the site and I app. Needs some work before I’ll change my rating. I emailed them months ago about this problem and they said they were aware and it would be fixed soon but I see no progress being made. Sad.
