"body": "Unfortunatley the Discovery service offering has become so broad, and the app is debilitated by this exact problem, its excessive, cumbersome and unintuitive, filled with a million things to do, and basic easy things are a nightmare to do, its slow, it jumps from app to site to something else... its amazing it doesn't ask for something using ussd at some point. Less is more, focus and reduce, make the pathway/journey that the USER wants to complete easy to follow, this is rough. #reworkUX",
