The OWNER Mike, takes the time and even CALLS me when he wants to explain a feature to me. 2. 5/5Beats all the other pool apps by a long shot!

   I can’t say enough good things about this app and all the hard work they put into constantly improving and adding extremely helpful features. They truly care and listen to your feedback for both pool owners and pool business owners. Very simplistic, easy to use and navigate wether that be for a report to a customer or a business owner like myself to run their business through. I have been using this app for about 5 months now and at the end of the day I am never disappointed. I’m glad I switched my business to this app, it has saved me TONS of time and money compared to most other expensive ones. My customers really love the reports and features they see. I would absolutely recommend pool owners and business owners to use it or at least reach out to them for a demo, you’ll see right away all the benefits and helpful time savers this app has to offer compared to most!

   I’ve been in the pool service industry for a while, and this app has completely changed the way I work. It makes everything faster, easier, and more organized. I can log all my visits, record chemical readings, upload as many photos you want and keep track of every customer right from my phone What I really like is how professional it makes me look to my clients everything is documented clearly and they can see exactly what was done The app also has the best route system you can imagine It’s reliable, easy to use, and constantly improving If you’re a pool tech or run a service team, this app is a must. It makes your job smoother, your clients happier, and your day a lot less stressful!

   I genuinely stand behind this app, I’ve used it for a year or so now and have been using it daily. So seeing the progression of added functionality and ease of use is perfect for running my business. I’ve used a few other similar apps for many years now, but these guys behind this app have been top tier helpful and really impressed me with providing tools in this app to provide better experience for my own customers.

5. 5/5Nice addition

   Great addition to the pool community. Also Mike has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had and I even talked to him over the phone. I’m a solo company with 30 pools. Originally I was texting people updates then kinda got fed up with my system and wanted something for accountability but not necessarily through skimmer. Dip owner is great people and I highly recommend you giving them a shot.
