"body": "This is the best calendar app that I've ever used, and has been consistently reliable and without issues for years. The latest update changed a feature that I use often. Setting reminders for an event and selecting the option to create a reminder for the day before, it used to automatically default to 24 hours beforehand. That worked for me. Now you have to manually change it from 12pm. It's a greater degree of control, which I can appreciate, but it adds an extra step for me. Thanks.",

None of the suggestions on their website is working (and I notice that only 3 out of 7 found their troubleshooting page helpful, which is not surprising). PLEASE HELP",
