1. 5/5Easy to use and convenient!

   Used this app quite a bit while traveling around in Colombia & Mexico. Very low delivery fees, and a convenient way to order food without having to deal with cash. Also good for late night munchies when it’s not safe to walk around outside.

2. 1/5Poor customer support, unusable

   As an app designer, this app is a headache. I have tried to place an order on several occasions and it won’t let me because of a promo that I “don’t apply to”, there is no way to disable said promo and the app prompts me to order something different. Because apparently we’re supposed to eat whatever the app will let us order. Getting help on the app is pretty much impossible, unless you have a problem with your card, of course. I tried to uninstall it several times, delete my account and open it again, I’ve had it installed for a while trying to place an order and it’s been no use. I’ll just stick with Uber honestly.

   There’s no customer support at all, I’ve tried calling multiple numbers and even the one they directly put on the app as their customer support number is incorrect, every time it connects me to a life support customer service representative, so not at all Didi. I had been using the app for awhile and it was alright, prices are high but that’s to be expected, but last few times no one delivers my order and I’m left waiting for a ghost courier with the wait time being 3+ hours. Worst part it also won’t let me cancel the order cause they charge a cancellation fee and you can’t call anyone for help, needless to say I’ll be changing to Uber eats, see if that’s any better…

4. 1/5A Scam, do not trust this app

   Twice now I have had my money taken and not returned from this app. The first time, the food was never picked up, and never delivered after 2 1/2 hours. We called to confirm we would get a refund. After almost 2 months we can still not get a refund after calling customer service many times. The second time, the food was delivered but they claimed it was not paid for. The driver stood outside with us for 1 hour on the phone with customer service and we had to pay twice, one to the driver and one to this app, or else they would charge the driver. Avoid this application, you will receive no food and they will steal your money.

5. 1/5Horrible Customer Service

   I ordered food but the driver was sent to the wrong location & couldn’t figure it out, so I cancelled the order. After a few attempts Didi wouldn’t give me a refund on the order & said it was my fault for not contacting them 1st, yet to even find a way to reach them I had to search through the app. They give generic responses & it’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I order frequently but now I won’t support them anymore. I got the charge refunded through my bank thankfully, try that if you ever run into the same issue.

   Cuando la tienda, conductor o alguien mas cancela tu orden, el dinero nunca llega. Dicen que te esperes 14 días hábiles, pero nunca te dan un número de referencia. El banco no te dará nada sin se número, el cual didi no proporciona. Es mucho back and forth para recuperar 100, 98, 120 pesos, etc. Si tienen dinero para regalar a DIDI o su banco, adelante, con mucha suerte les llega su pedido o viaje.

   Servicio de chat por problemas con la aplicación muy deficientes; los restaurantes no envían todo completo; mucha demora y ni siquiera envían lo que uno pidió.

   Cuando metes reporte de artículos dañados, según te dan un plazo de revisión (24 a 48 horas). Pasa el plazo y nada. me han tocado muchas órdenes defectuosas y didi (aunque metas quejas) no hace algo.

   Hice un pedido de 27 000 pesos, el cual recibi y pague correctamente. Poco tiempo despues, se me informo que nadie recibio el pedido y que debia pagar los 27 000 que ya habia pagado para poder volver a ordenar. Basicamente estoy vetado de la aplicacion por ninguna razon a menos que pague 27 000. Las opciones para acceder al servicio al cliente en la aplicacion son basicamente inexistentes. Simplemente no vale la pena darle dinero a una empresa tan mediocre y poco servicial.

   I couldn't possibly recall every way this app has failed me. It's simply awful. And good luck figuring out how to contact anyone if you're having trouble with your order. They also pay their drivers peanuts, so they aren't happy, either. I recommend just finding a good deliverer and asking if you can text him directly with your order. I have three personal deliverers now who know what I like, and it's heavenly.
