1. 1/5Rewards is a lie and app steals. SCAM

   You are supposed to get one free wash, at any machine, but mine was taken away for I don’t k ow what reason. Even the lady at the location was surprised. I have spent close to $20 dollars and I have yet to see any rewards as they promised. You are supposed to get free drying when you use app to wash and mine was limited to way less than I spent. The app took more money for the machines than it was supposed to. The lady at the location had to put some of their own quarters to make up for it, however, she kept telling me it’s not their problem what the app does, yet, they promote people to use the app. This makes absolutely no sense at all. I am very disappointed at this and yes, customer service is difficult to get a hold of, impossible. This app is a scam, beware.

2. 1/5Useful, but with a questionable flaw…

   Rating 1 star cus I just think it’s goofy, that I get charged $25 EVERY TIME I START A NEW LOAD. Before, when I first started using the app at my local laundromat, it used to charge me $25 just once and after processing in my bank statements, it would reflect what I actually paid, but mind you, only $25 ONCE. I didn’t mind that since I was able to keep putting new loads, etc… but now after I used it today, it’s charging me $25 every time! I hate using cash at the laundromat cus they’re not $1 like they used to be, the new machines coast more to use. Using cash means I’d have to haul a bunch of quarters with me. The app makes it convenient to pay easily, but just don’t get why they have to empty my bank account after every load…

3. 3/5Issue with the app

   I was happy to find this payment option at my laundry. I was able to wash my clothes, but the issue is with the app when I went the next time: - It was hard to pay; - I couldn't see the remaining time; - When the dryer was done, I couldn't pay with the app and ended up looking for coins to use! - The developer needs to fix the issues so you can view the previous payments.

   This app is super helpful but recently something has happened to the app to make it so the machine is showing as in use when it’s not. I think it’s because the door being opened makes the app think the machine is being used, but considering that many machines have doors left open and you need to open it to put your laundry in this just means a lot of available machines can’t be used. Not clear on ehy developers did this, but it makes the app almost useless. Please fix this.

5. 2/5Used to work fine but not anymore 😭

   This digital pay app was the main reason I used the laundry mat I did and it was nice not to have to carry sacks of quarters (even though the app loads and pre-charges $25 at a time) and I hated other places that use pre-paid cards. 2 weeks ago the app started glitching and has not stopped where every time i try to use I’m not able to due to an infinity loop problem with the app stating…. “Error. That machine number can’t be used. Please try again after verifying the machine number.” Please fix the glitch so I don’t have to go back to the sack of quarters 🙏 🙏 🙏
