   I bought the no ads version and I play the game every day. I have severe mental illness but it helps me relax to play this game, and makes me distracted by thinking about the gems. I even like to look up images of the crystals on the internet and I have learned a lot about the different kinds and how they form. I like how you can tilt your phone and it makes the gems shine and I like just moving them around the screen on levels where you can do that. It would be fun to have a space where you could put the gems you collect on a screen and just move them around. I recommend for autistic people. At first when I got it I completed all the levels for the day and thought you had to pay the subscription to keep playing, but they actually have new levels every day. The subscription is definitely overpriced ($10 a week?? That’s more than most streaming platforms!), but the no ads version is worth the price! I can’t believe people are complaining about ads on such a high quality game when you could pay what it’s worth and remove them. It does get repetitive after a while but it is still nice to relax.

2. 5/5THIS GAME SHOULD NOT BE FREE

   I am absolutely flabbergasted to say the least. I know I sound like a total bot, but the graphics and sound design in this game have impressed me so much. I saw an ad for this game on Instagram and was VERY skeptical about its true quality. It’s hard for me to find games I actually enjoy based off of ads I see because they either lie completely about the game content or have ads every time you press the screen. After reading some comments on the ad, I was like “you know what? Whatevs. I’ll get it. Let’s see if the sounds actually stay” (because most games these days have TERRIBLE sound design. Like there is this one ball roller maze game that has no sound in the game, but the ad for it had this awesome asmr like sound every time the ball rolled. I was very disappointed). The sounds are gorgeous and the gems look beautiful. I love reading about the gems as well! It’s not only a well designed game, but very informational. Thank you developers for making a very very nice game that is free for those who don’t like to pay for games. It’s very relaxing and this game’s success is deserved.

3. 2/5Enjoyable but they want $9.99/week

   I’ve enjoyed this game for how unique it is; but there is a lot left to be desired. I paid to remove ads but they still advertise buying a WEEKLY subscription to remove other annoying restrictions, like freedom to play any days you missed, which are restricted unless you pay the game maker a (9.99 A WEEK) fee. I wish I would have known before spending money that it is still so restricted. Game developer - time to be truthful about how removing ads is not the only way your game is unpleasant and that without paying a ridiculously high WEEKLY fee, you restrict access in the game while also advertising your other products. It’s enjoyable, but this does not justify a monthly fee. Other very big problem - your ‘gemdex’. The game has a ‘gemdex’ index of the gems you have ‘learned’. If you accidentally click to see the gemdex, your device will be locked for 5 - 10 minutes or more loading a review, one-by-one, listing gems you have encountered. That would be amazing if it was something a user could see instantly and/or exit out of. But users cannot exit the Gemdex until it finishes loading its unwanted time-consuming display. Nobody wants to be stuck like that - even if it was a delightful display. If you value customers you should show it by valuing their time. I only keep the app because I spent money to remove ads, but I resent the restrictions and regret the expense. If you are on the fence about spending money on the app, I can tell you that despite liking it, the developer is not forthcoming about what restrictions are still in place, and you will be wasting your money. Their goal is to get $9.99 a week from anyone using their product-enough said.

4. 5/5Best Mobile Game Around

   To start off, I do not write reviews often but this game has exceeded my expectations! I saw an ad for this game on instagram and it looked so relaxing so I caved and got it. Everything about this game is so spectacular. From the sound effects to the graphics and the gameplay, it is all just perfect. I especially love the detail of how the gems reflect the light when you turn your phone side to side. The sounds are my favorite part of this game. Only critique I have is the ads. I did end up paying the $7.99 to get rid of them but I do feel like it was worth it for my preference. They release new levels every day so there is a limit to how many you can play per day. I think it is for the best there is a limit on the daily levels or else I would be playing all day haha. Anyways, GET IT!! You absolutely won’t regret it. This is probably one of the most well made mobile games on the App Store.

5. 2/5Weekly, monthly, yearly charges? Why?

   I really want to give this game a stellar review and I just can’t. I enjoy the game play, I enjoy the sounds, I enjoy the graphics. I enjoy so much about this game that matters. I just can’t give it a good rating because there is no way to unlock missed days or play ahead of schedule. A small set of puzzles each day isn’t enough. I should be able to play days I have missed. I want to play more but the thought of 10$ per week or 25$ per month or 100$ yearly is laughable for this. Laughable and insulting. I paid for no adds a long time ago. I might even be willing to pay another one time fee to unlock the content but 100$ a year? 25 a month? 10 weekly? What?! Why would anyone pay that? I can’t even have the time to log in once a day, why would I pay a weekly monthly or yearly fee for a game that is minutes worth of repetitive play. Maybe it’s better I don’t have anything unlocked so I don’t get sick of playing l, is just not the type of game that warrants that kind of price tag. Honestly the devs should make this game actually affordable, then people would pay for the content I’m sure of it.
