"body": "terrible experience. you can put money in without being premium but can't use the money until you upgrade, and you can't upgrade to premium without a kitas card. i spent a week getting the run around trying to upgrade until they finally admitted that they can't upgrade me to premium . i had to pay to get most of my money out to delete the account. you can't delete the account until you have a zero balance. what a circus. the digital help is totally useless. I'd prefer to give DANA a zero.",
