Can’t login using the same credentials I use to login into the web browser. Says “this login can’t be used to access this site” yet I use the same exact information to login to the web browser page. Highly recommend not using this app.

I can easily sign in through the website but this app is useless. It says I cannot login with exactly the same credentials that work on the web. It says I have to merge accounts but that doesn't work either as they are the same credentials.
