"body": "Being able to use CT Lotto’s app to play all of my lottery numbers saves me a lot of time and money actually. Since gas prices are so high I’m not using any extra gas to go to the local convenience store to play lottery. It’s also great when you forget to stop and get your lottery tickets, if you prefer to have that paper ticket. You can just log on to the safe and secure app and play away! The CT Lottery app also allows you to set spending limits for playing. You will receive an alert message that you have hit your spending limit once you reach the specific dollar amount you set up. You can increase or decrease those limits as needed, but it’s a good way to remind you to watch your spending , especially with gambling. That’s something the Lotto machines can’t do. So if you’re on a budget and watching every dollar spent, then you can set up those safe guards each month and know you’re not over spending. Thanks CT Lottery!!",

"body": "The app is great! But when it comes to buy numbers online, they want you to upload documents when you sign up. I did try it, and it keeps saying that I have reached the maximum attempt. And that I need to upload documents again. I did called the ct lottery headquarters and they told me the same thing. So far, I uploaded many pictures of my license, selfie with license, social security card, and mail picture. And still no luck. I give up at this point.",

"body": "I like how I don’t need to head out to buy tickets. I don’t like how tickets purchased online won’t say NO in the WON section or if the draw already passed but will display an amount if you did win, It forces me to open tickets one by one to see if the draw already passed to play again and if you bought multiple tickets for different or identical games it can get confusing. I don’t like that you can’t organize the tickets based on game type or draw date. Once again it makes sorting messy. Tickets purchased should have a countdown as to when it will be drawn. There should also be a repurchase option. I don’t like that it needs to send an email verification every time you would like to log in from the same device with biometrics logged in. This could be improved by using texts rather than email.",

"body": "I was excited when the app added the ability to purchase lottery tickets, but the user experience has been frustrating. When trying to change my password, the app requires extensive re-verification to prove I am who I say I am. Even after entering correct information and scanning my ID, it still reports an error. Requiring I-9–level information and a utility bill just to reset a password feels excessive for a lottery app. Other regulated platforms like DraftKings and FanDuel handle identity verification far more smoothly. Clearer errors, fewer document hurdles, and a more reliable process are needed.",

"body": "I would not want to store any amount of money with an app that is so glitchy. First time I used it, it was fun, I can avoid driving to the gas station to get my tickets and you earn bonuses, sounds great. Every time I want to use it I have to reset my cache and go through this login song and dance. After typing in the OTC authenticator you get an email saying you logged in but you’re stuck on the prior screen and cannot navigate the app, when you press back you get a warning that you’ll be logging off. So the app recognizes you’re signed in (because you get an email) but you cannot navigate the app, you’re stuck on the login screen.",
