"body": "While it’s nice to have an updated app, it would be better if it actually was accurate! I would caution everyone not to rely on the first scan. Scan the ticket again, you will likely get a different result. I scan a ticket, it says it’s a $2 winner, scan again, it’s not a winner, scan again, it’s a $10 dollar winner, etc. I took the tickets to the scanner at the retailer and found what I believed to be winners were not! Non winners were! What’s up Lottery, I can’t be the only one who has noticed this! I hope you didn’t pay the app developer a lot of money. You need a refund! Fix it!",

"body": "The app is great! But when it comes to buy numbers online, they want you to upload documents when you sign up. I did try it, and it keeps saying that I have reached the maximum attempt. And that I need to upload documents again. I did called the ct lottery headquarters and they told me the same thing. So far, I uploaded many pictures of my license, selfie with license, social security card, and mail picture. And still no luck. I give up at this point.",

"body": "I would not want to store any amount of money with an app that is so glitchy. First time I used it, it was fun, I can avoid driving to the gas station to get my tickets and you earn bonuses, sounds great. Every time I want to use it I have to reset my cache and go through this login song and dance. After typing in the OTC authenticator you get an email saying you logged in but you’re stuck on the prior screen and cannot navigate the app, when you press back you get a warning that you’ll be logging off. So the app recognizes you’re signed in (because you get an email) but you cannot navigate the app, you’re stuck on the login screen.",

"body": "Several times I have tried to log in and I receive a message that my location cannot be verified, yet I receive an email that I have successfully signed on. I have reached out to support and only once was I able to get support that solved the problem. Also when you place a bet you should be able to see what numbers you have played before paying for the bets. Going into your activity log to check your numbers only helps once you have placed your bet. Also in placing bets there should be an option to play both day and night together- this app needs a lot of work and better support systems",

"body": "I like how I don’t need to head out to buy tickets. I don’t like how tickets purchased online won’t say NO in the WON section or if the draw already passed but will display an amount if you did win, It forces me to open tickets one by one to see if the draw already passed to play again and if you bought multiple tickets for different or identical games it can get confusing. I don’t like that you can’t organize the tickets based on game type or draw date. Once again it makes sorting messy. Tickets purchased should have a countdown as to when it will be drawn. There should also be a repurchase option. I don’t like that it needs to send an email verification every time you would like to log in from the same device with biometrics logged in. This could be improved by using texts rather than email.",
